Excellent location with easy access to the Quicksilver lift. Secure underground car parking, elevator and luggage cart very useful. Very comfortable apartment close to the skiing and the town amenities, whilst being a quiet location off the busy streets. All in all an excellent apartment.- Posted: 5/10/2025

It was just my husband and I who stayed here. Our son and his family couldn’t make it. However, we loved the location was perfect for us. Just a 5 minute walk to rent skis, to walk to the lift and get to Main St. It was nice and quiet. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t get the fireplace to work. We had a wonderful stay! Love the location!!! The Quicksilver lift was a block away & only a block or two away from shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. There is a small market about 3 to 4 blocks away. There are only 3 outside parking spaces & the clearance to use the garage parking is 6’10”, so make sure that the vehicle you bring can clear the parking garage ceiling.- Posted: 12/2/2024

All the stars go to the owners here. I've stayed at a lot of places - and it used to be that the kitchen had a few basic supplies (salt, pepper, and whatever else others had left) but it seems that anymore these days - all you get is bare bones. You even have to bring your own toilet paper - which is just ridiculous. But places do it all the time.
This place was GREAT!!
They had lots of what I would call extras now, but they used to just be standard. There was plenty of dish washer detergent, an extra roll of paper towels, and extra TP to last through our stay. The kitchen was actually stocked to be cooked in. Sieves, lemon juices, a Chinese wok... they've got it all.
Everything was in walking distance - which is great seeing as parking in downtown Breck can be awful. Loved the location.
The bad - in the master bedroom - the heater turns on and off a lot and is noisy - we had to use a noise machine to sleep. Other bedroom blinds didn't raise. Small easy fixes - maybe.- Posted: 12/26/2023

Had a great stay in this condo. Short walk to the closest chair lift. Short walk to Main Street. Kids loved the nice outdoor pool area with 4 well sized hot tubs and a pool. Loved our stay!- Posted: 11/28/2023

Great location. Easy to walk downtown with lots of restaurant options. 5 min walk to ski lift. Kitchen is well stocked. Fire place did not work which was disappointing- Posted: 3/15/2023

Great Condo! A easy (200 yard) walk to the Quicksilver lift and about the same to Main Street/shops and restaurant area. Kitchen is fully updated, with working gas grill, pots and pans, plates, drinkware etc. Master bedroom is spacious, second bedroom has 3 beds that is perfect for a second couple, or a family with younger kids. TV, Family Room, Gas Fire place all in good working order, spacious, and clean. Will definitely stay again!- Posted: 2/3/2021
