With stunning views of Breckenridge’s 10-Mile Range, this cozy and modern unit is just a short walk to the base of Peak 9, the Quicksilver lift, and Main Street, making it the ideal base for your adventures.

**The Space:**
As you step into the condo, you'll find a spacious hall with ample hooks and shelves, perfect for storing your gear after a day on the slopes. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with a new mattress (2021), premium linens (2022), and a full desk setup (2022) for those who need to catch up on work. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of space for your belongings, and the attached bathroom offers a deep soaking tub in the newly remodeled bathroom, perfect for unwinding after an active day.

The guest room includes a twin and a queen bed, both with new mattresses (2021), blackout shades (2022) for a restful sleep, and a detached bathroom that doubles as a powder room for all guests.

The newly remodeled kitchen (2023) is a chef's dream, equipped with brand-new appliances and drawers stocked with pots, pans, and gadgets, making it easy to whip up a gourmet feast. Step out onto the deck, where you'll find a propane grill facing the mountain, perfect for enjoying easy dinners while soaking in the breathtaking views. The dining table seats 8, providing ample space for everyone to gather and share stories from the day. The unit also features 28-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, newly installed baseboard heaters (2022), and ceiling fans in the bedrooms for year-round comfort.

For your entertainment, enjoy two Roku-enabled TVs, Cable, WiFi, and a collection of board games and puzzles for all ages.

**The Building:**
Leave your car in the heated underground parking garage (with elevator access) and forget about the hassle of skier parking lots. The garage's heated ramp leads to a convenient 3-minute walk to the base of the mountain. The building also features credit-card-operated washing machines and dryers on every floor. Please note, the garage has a lower clearance, which may limit access for some larger vehicles.

**Location:**
Nestled in the quiet and accessible Warriors Mark area, this condo is adjacent to the base of Peak 9 and just 100 yards from Main Street Station. Enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and endless après-ski activities. A short walk will take you to the Breckenridge Ice Rink and hiking trails south of town. With quick access via Broken Lance Drive, you can avoid the traffic and focus on enjoying your stay.

**Amenities:**
Guests have access to the Columbine pool and hot tub from the opening day of ski season through Labor Day, located just a 2-minute walk down a beautiful wooded path behind the building. Enjoy mingling with residents in this community setting, complete with indoor facilities and changing rooms.

**Getting Around:**
Breckenridge is a walkable town, with Main Street just a 3-minute stroll from the condo. The town bus system is also highly convenient during peak seasons. While a car is recommended for travel to Summit County, shuttle services from Denver International Airport are available. Note that rideshare options can be unreliable, and a car is necessary for adventures beyond Main Street. Guests are allotted one heated parking spot during their stay.

**Additional Information:**
- Propane is provided for the grill though we do ask you clean it after every use!
- Minimum age to book is 25; best suited for families and couples.

Excellent location for our ski vacation

Living in the Denver area, we typically do day trips to Breck, but decided to make a longer stay this trip. I was looking for a property within walking distance to lifts and also downtown, and this one was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as pictured, and the perfect size for our family of 3. We loved sitting by the fireplace each evening apre ski, and enjoyed a dinner as well as breakfast in, due to the well equipped kitchen. We also had the option to walk to many great restaurants and shops and we did that as well. The garage was also so appreciated as we got a lot of snow during our stay. And the elevator was handy for hauling all of our gear. We had such a great time enjoying Breck for a few days that we are planning to make this an annual long weekend. We would definitely stay in this exact spot again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Had a great stay at this condo! It was spotless and the host was extremely helpful with check in/out and answering our questions. The building was perfect for skiers with an elevator, laundry, and a 5 min walk to the Quicksilver lift. We do think one of the rooms was a full bed rather than a queen, though.

Great location!

The location is great for walking to/from the slopes, quicksilver lift, and town. Having access to the parking garage was awesome. Check in and check out were very smooth. The only negative would be the walk/access to the jacuzzi/pool.

The host was the best! The Airbnb was beautiful, squeaky clean and on the kitchen counter was an awesome tote bag with snacks and a letter. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best. 100% recommend them!

Our family enjoyed the time spent here. The views from our balcony were marvelous. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The floor we stayed on was always quiet. We felt safe. Everything was within walking distance. My children certainly enjoyed all the games that were on hand! We hope to visit again one day!

We had an amazing time at this property! It had beautiful views and was very clean. We were able to walk to anything downtown that we needed, the location is perfect! I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have was the pool was closed for spring maintenance, but all of the communications that I received had information about the pool and the pool code and made no d mention of it being closed. It would have been nice to know ahead of time in the communications. But overall we had an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! At first we weren't sure we made the right choice in terms of convenience and access to both the mountain and to town, but once we got in and settled we realized it was easily within walking distance of both! Simple access to the Quicksilver lift, a place to store ski's and boots. Reserved parking that fit a Ford Expedition (which is really nice!) and an elevator for access to the condo. They even had luggage carts in the garage for use when unloading and loading. Felt like all the details were taken care of to make it smooth for us so we didn't have to put in that extra effort. Would stay here again!

Honestly this place was great! If you are in town to ski or do anything its close to it all. You can walk right over to the lift with your skis and just head out. You can walk to everything downtown. The condo itself is super clean and beautiful. Its comfortably Hands 5 adults and its still has room to have personal space. Cannot say enough great things. Only thing I would change and honestly it wasn't a big deal was the sheets where starting to loose some of the elastic so we have to pull them down some.

I can't recommend this place enough! The location was perfect, easily walkable to town and ski slopes and the complex was very quiet/private, I never heard a peep from the other tenants. The unit itself has been BEAUTIFULLY redone (as described), and unlike many vacation rentals I've stayed in this unit has anything you could imagine in the kitchen... this really is a home away from home and we will definitely look to rebook when we come back to Breck. It was nice to have parking under the building as well, to keep the car snow/ice-free. Highly recommend to book, this is one of the best airbnb's we've stayed in.

Had a wonderful stay! Walkable to the town and to the Quicksilver ski lift at base 9. Hot tub/pool was excellent! Getting into the facility was easy. Plenty of space! Clean. All the amenities were there, the fireplace was cozy! Beds were comfy. It was perfect. Would stay here again. Also, they gave us a nice goody bag with lots of tasty treats!

Great stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the location and convenience to the slopes! Easy walk and the condo was a great place to break for lunch while we left our ski gear over by the lifts. Easy walk to downtown Breck as well. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated but everything was clean and organized, plenty of space for our family. The living room was awesome, very nicely updated and the balcony has a decent view of the slopes as well. We will definitely come back!

It was our first trip here and it took us a while to get our bearings. The location is great with walking distance to Peak 9 and shops/restaurants. Covid caused some capacity restrictions around town, but otherwise it was a beautiful area and a great place to roam. After a good snow, I regretted not having 4-wheel drive, but after everything was plowed and melted a little, we were able to get out of the neighborhood streets.
