This stunning, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom modern, mountain home offers breathtaking views of the ten mile Rocky Mountain range and is nestled in the Swan Valley location of Breckenridge on 2 acres.

Walk into the main entrance from the beautiful custom front door, or from the 3-car heated garage that gives guests plenty of parking space, to see a large open floor plan with dramatic vaulted ceilings, gorgeous windows with mountain views, high-end hardwood flooring, top-of-the-line custom finishes, a cozy custom-built fireplace, metal and stonework, and mountain modern decor. The huge living room located on the main floor has a custom-framed flat screen high-def TV along with a Super Nintendo, HBO, and Showtime, big beautiful windows that offer amazing views of the iconic Breckenridge mountains, ample seating including leather couches, and gorgeous custom stone fireplace. Walk into the open, entertaining kitchen from the living area that is equipped with a double oven, and large stove with hood, countertop seating for 4, and a large refrigerator hidden by the custom wood design that comprises the kitchen - the perfect space for a holiday stay with family and friends. Also on the main floor is the laundry/mud area that includes storage for ski equipment, and the large master suite with a king bed and master bathroom with natural sunlight from the windows, a walk-in shower, stand-alone tub, and his and her vanity sink.

The other bedrooms can be found on the upstairs part of the house, and are decorated with luxury furnishings, as well as access to the custom-designed bathrooms, and views from the huge windows. The second bedroom has a king bed, and a walk-out private deck to enjoy the crisp mountain air while enjoying views. The third bedroom includes a fun bunk bed making the room perfect for the kids.

While staying in this luxury home, relax on the massive deck in the hot tub that faces mountain views after a day of skiing or hiking. This home is located in a prestigious neighborhood of Breckenridge, offers privacy with open land to provide views, wildflowers in the Summer, and the magical mountain-side snow in the Winter. A car is recommended in order to get to and from downtown Breckenridge and the ski area - both only a 10 minute drive.

The wood burning fireplace was amazing and the view out the living room.......wow! Only a few minutes to the gondola parking lot for skiing and Christy’s sports is right down the road for ski rentals- couldn’t be easier.

I normally don’t review anything whether it’s good or bad, but this property is amazing. Not only is the house beautiful, there isn’t a house right next to you. The house has great views from every room and had plenty of floor space for our grandchildren to play. Three moose showed up one morning to visit us. We would definitely rent this property again. It was a wonderful Christmas setting.

A truly luxurious house! The common areas are big and open and the rooms/beds are quit comfortable. Stayed here with my wife and three of our couple friends. Everyone really enjoyed the stay, the large hot tub, and the isolated house just a few miles away from the slopes and city center! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

5-star home on the edge of Breckenridge. Easy driving distance to downtown and the gondola parking lots. This house has everything you want in a mountain getaway, gorgeous mountain views, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. The mudroom and laundry made coming home from skiing easy and a great place to store ski gear.

The house is beautiful, has everything you can need.
My only recommendation would be to put something on the stairs, if you’re wearing socks, they can be slippery.
And the chairs of the dinning room, there legs were loose, so we have to be very careful to moved them, besides that, everything was perfect

The property is spacious and excellent in most all aspects. The disappointment was that after booking, we arrived to a home that was not ready for rental as the garage still had the previous owner's off road super buggy with CNC lathe and saws and welding equipment including at least three compressed oxygen cylinders which pose a threat that made me uncomfortable. When I mentioned this to the staff they aid they should have kept the garage closed off. What I anticipated was that an organization with such a long history in rentals would out the safety of the guest above profit. Instead, I got no call back from the GM as I had requested. This will be a great property once the industrial equipment, the potential threat and the industrial smell are removed and remediated.
