LOCATION!!! There was a perfect location to the village and jumping on the ski lift. We could go back to the condo for lunch and rest and then hit the slopes again. There was everything we needed. Only negative is master bedroom is extremely bright in the morning. Next time I will bring a sleeping mask. We will definitely rent this condo again! Highly recommended!

First of all it's got ALOT of space! It's very well appointed and has all the amenities. The bathroom floors are heated...you don't realize how wonderful that is until you are standing on it. We slept on the master bed on the second (main) floor. The bed was VERY comfortable, and I have back issues and fibromyalgia. The hot tub was so warm and it was so nice after a long day. It snowed on us the first night while being in it. Pretty romantic. The bottom floor has two more good sized bedrooms with 2 more bathrooms with heated floors. The bedroom with a queen mattress has sliding doors out to a small patio with lots of pine trees. Nice scenery. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs. You really can't go wrong with this VRBO. They've thought of everything. It's very nice. Thank you so much to the owners for the care you put in to it. We'll be back for more stays!

Location was perfect, easy walk to Main Street. Very nice home, clean, up to date and comfortable beds. Perfect for our group of 5 girl friends.

This was a great house! We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment - nothing in the kitchen for house guests other than salt and pepper. No paper goods, foil, Ziplock bags, etc. Most house rentals have these things, along with basics in the kitchen.

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic, we could walk to grab coffee, dinner, and easily get to some hiking trails. The check in process was a little odd with having to go to a different location to get the keys - not as convenient as other Airbnbs but it was easy to find. The place was just like the pictures and the hot tub was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Overall we had a great stay and we would stay here again.

Great place to stay for avid skiers and snowboarders! The location was walkable to Main Street and the gondolas. The place looks just like the pictures and was very clean. The private garage and hot tub were a plus! Would definitely stay here again

This is the place to book for a family stay near Main St! We've stayed in Breck many times before but this location can't be beat, just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants but far enough away from the main street noise. This was such a fun and relaxing weekend in the mountains, even traveling with our 20 month old son, this home made it easier with how convenient the amenities and location were. Will definitely recommend and book again!

We had a great stay at the condo. Lots of space. The kitchen was fully equipped with many neccesities. There were lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets. The hot tub on the balcony was a huge hit. The location of the main downtown area was within walking distance and so convenient during our stay! I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Awesome condo really close to the lift and very close to town. Ending the day in the hot tub on the balcony looking at peak 8 is just incredible.

This was a very nice, clean, quiet and spacious townhouse. Very close to a ski lift. So thankful for the nice warm garage where my husband had to change our brakes! All bedrooms had on suite bathrooms, which were great for our adult children. Kitchen was wonderful and well equipped. (A couple suggestions for the kitchen would be storage containers and baking sheets) The hot tub and fireplace were great touches! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful rental in an unbeatable location in Breck. 5-10min walk to the base of Peak 9 and a 5min walk to Main St. We found that the kitchen was very well equipped and we made a full Thanksgiving dinner without any issues. Hot tub is lovely touch. We also enjoyed many of the games found in the living room game shelf. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot right at the base of Peak 9. This is a perfect location for walking to the lifts and being able to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again. The unit is a bit dated but nothing bad. Has everything you need and the garage + an additional parking space was great. Hot tub came in handy!
