Description

This three bedroom townhome is close to both the base area of Peak 9 and Main Street. The spacious, open floorplan with vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas provide plenty of space for families. While staying here, enjoy the beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms designed with customer counter tops, and tile. Sleep comfortably in each bedroom furnished with mountain decor and equipped with king beds. Access a private hot tub on the deck off of the living area with mountain views. This townhome has ample sleeping and dining arrangements for six guests, all set in a quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of town. Guest parking consists of a heated one car garage and a spot for a second vehicle in front of the garage in the private driveway. Guests will also have access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub complex. This is a great choice for your next Colorado ski vacation or summer mountain getaway.

This was our fifth year at Breckenridge. Our family comes every year for our annual ski trip. We have stayed at the Grand Colorado and Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and this townhome was by far our favorite place! The townhome was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with anything. You could imagine that you would need. I was quite surprised to even see an air fryer. The nice touches were the humidifiers and the expandable laundry baskets in each room. The laundry room was located downstairs, which was extremely convenient when washing clothes. We loved the access to the garage to put our ski equipment. The owners have made it easy to access the garage, using a garage code, which would open and close the garage. The location is a quick five minute walk to the Quicksilver chair left. It was a plus having two parking spots at that location. At the end of the day we relaxed in their hot tub which is located on the balcony! We will definitely be staying here in the future.

This townhouse exceeded expectations across the board. Starting with location, the townhouse is truly less than a 10 min. easy/flat walk to the quicksilver lift. Often, advertisements will underestimate the proximity to the slopes but this was not the case here. Additionally, the townhouse is a very short walk to town near some great shops, bars, and restaurants. The home itself if also fantastic. Having 3 bedrooms with king beds + attached bathrooms on each is a big plus. The living room area is very spacious and updated. Great Western Lodging was very responsive and accommodating leading up to and throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this great end unit! It’s an easy walk to town and an easy walk to lifts. The surround sound in the living room turned out to be the best feature- our group of 6 (4 college age and parents) watched a movie every night after dinner, it was that good. Unexpected bonus for Mom! Two beds are comfy, one not so much. The heat lamps in the bathrooms are now a must have on ski vacations - more than one of us curled up like lizards in the bathroom at the end of the day. Management provided plenty of trash bags, dish soap, tp- that was nice! Big con, every skillet is both non stick and heavily scratched, one is rusted. Most people know you shouldn’t use scratched non stick due to toxins. They need to be tossed and replaced with a couple of regular pans. I bought one for myself, I’m sure that’s weird and may not be an issue for others. Garage door doesn’t come with an opener, minor inconvenience to get out to open and close on the key pad. There’s a sign saying it closes after 10 min., but it doesn’t. Highly recommend the unit and management. 9/10!

This condo was overall good. We loved the location. We picked this one because of the 3 king beds. The hot tub was awesome and the living area and kitchen were nice and spacious. The master bedroom was very nice, the other two were a little on the smaller side, but we made it work. The biggest complaint we had was that the beds were uncomfortable and linens were rough. We had to call maintenance because the heat would just run constantly no matter what it was set on, they responded promptly and were very polite and quick to fix the issue. We could walk to peak 9 easily and anywhere downtown. Great place overall.

Enjoyed a 2 week stay in this lovely townhouse. Ideal for 3 couples sharing , 3 bathrooms a definite advantage. A well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook in on several nights. The location was perfect, a short walk to the ski lifts and main street.

This is a tough review for us. The location is great, the unit is well appointed, it is clean and we would stay again, but for the price we expect better for the price in Breck. We took advantage of a sale price and jumped on it. The wife and I have been to many VRBO properties throughout the country, and have run the gambit on prices and quality (several in Breck). This is by far the best location in Breck but this unit is 'tired'. The carpet looks original, there are pulls by where the seams are, stains, and the 'industrial' stair treads in the summer don't help. The cabinet doors don't close right, and the wear on the counters/ barstool side is significant. Both bathroom and kitchen sinks had leaks. For a sale the price was great but having stayed at other units in this complex we were disappointed.

This property provided first class all round accommodation. The location is perfect for both skiing and access to Breckenridge town with everything within easy walking distance. Parking for two vehicles is an added bonus. The property is extremely well equipped and is a real home from home. It is spacious and well laid out and to a standard of cleanliness I have never encountered in a rental property before. All of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable with their own spacious bathrooms. The living area was light and spacious and there was plenty of space for everyone to be included. The hot tub was a lovely way to relax after skiing and was very private despite being on a balcony beside the road! The kitchen has everything you need and more and e very little detail has been thought of throughout the property even down to clothes baskets for dirty washing in each bedroom. There is plenty of storage space including a ski store right outside the front door making it so easy to pick up your skis and go! The walk to the slopes is less than 5 minutes and yet the property feels like it is in a quiet secluded location. The staff at Great Western Lodging couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We had a late arrival and the procedure was easy to follow and worked perfectly. With a late flight back to the UK on departure day, the staff were able to accommodate a later check out time with no hassle and their attentiveness added to what was a fantastic holiday. Overall this is a great place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again and to recommend it to all our friends and family.

We stayed in unit 16 which was so convenient to the slopes and town I wouldn't hesitate in returning. The nearest lift is less than a 5 minute walk and the top of Main Street 5 minutes max.The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could ever think of - a real home from home. Ski storage was right outside the front door so you just put your boots on and went! We rented direct through Great Western Lodging who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Highly, highly recommended.

Stayed a few places in Breck before, all in the Peak 9 area and One Breck Place is the clear winner. Its about as close to the lifts as you can get without ski in/ski out. It was literally no more than 5 minutes from out the door to being in the Quicksilver lift line. Last trip we stayed at Park Place and everyone wore shoes to the Maggie Lodge and then changed into ski boots -- this time everyone just wore their ski boots right out of the condo. The great part about Unit 16 in particular is that its the closest unit to the exit on Village road, which puts you literally right across the street from the Village area and lifts.

Besides the ideal location of Unit 16, we really loved the decor and setup of everything. Unit is stocked with 2 giant humidifiers for the living area and master bedroom, and 2 smaller units for the downstairs bedrooms. Kitchen was super well stocked in terms of cooking utensils and plates and all that. Couch in the living room was quite comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to sit and hang out.

Maybe should have said this earlier in the review, but what jumped out to everyone immediately and throughout the week was how impeccably clean the unit was for our arrival. It became a sort of game to find some dust or something uncleaned and no one ever found anything.

There was some concern about feeling like we would be on display in the hot tub being right on the main road but that was a total non-issue. There's so very little car or foot traffic on Village road to begin with, plus you're elevated with a couple trees blocking you.

All in all everyone in the group loved the condo and the location. We would rent One Breck Place, and specifically Unit 16 again without even looking elsewhere. Something we had discussed was that with Great Western Lodging renting so many of the units in the complex, even if we had a bigger group we would talk to them about renting a couple units next to each other.

My friends and I have been staying in Breckenridge for the last 8 years and this was one of the best places we have stayed. One of the things that stands out is all the windows that provide lots of light. The rooms were spacious and it was nice that they all had their own full bathrooms. The open kitchen looking out to the wall of south facing windows was wonderful. There was plenty of room to relax and enjoy everyone's company with the open floor plan. We also enjoyed that we could leave our snowboards on the rack and drive into the garage. The hottub on the deck was an added bonus along with the short walk to the village pools. The street noise wasn't an issue either. The check in and out was very easy along with the quick response when we had an issue with the surround sound.

This condo was fantastic . A wonderful place to return to after a day's skiing. All the amenities of home and so much space. The kids loved the Jacuzzi! The GWR staff were great; checkin/checkout was very painless. If we return to Breckenridge in future, we would definitely stay here again.

This is our first time staying here. We will definitely be back! Our stay was fantastic. It is a beautiful place with lots of light. It has a well stocked kitchen, hot tub, flat screen t.v.'s . It is a great location. You can walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Great Western Lodging was great. We have used their services for other stays in Breckenridge. Keith is terrific.
