Ideally located just one block from historic Main Street and directly across from the base of Peak 9, this home offers one of the most desirable locations in all of Breckenridge. Inside, guests will find a spacious floor plan with comfortable mountain-inspired furnishings, flatscreen TVs, and a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The living area provides a cozy place to gather, while the well-appointed bedrooms include entertainment options such as cable TV and DVD capability in select rooms. With thoughtful touches throughout, this townhome delivers both comfort and convenience in a true alpine setting.

Guests enjoy access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and three hot tubs located within the One Breckenridge Place complex. Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed for seasonal maintenance from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and again from September 14, 2026 through November 21, 2026. The property also includes garage parking for added ease during your stay.

Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The location is perfect, the size of the unit was great for our family. The unit is older and needs some updating and tlc but it met our needs. We walked to Main St, to the grocery store, and to the gondola. Easy walk to ski lifts.

We had a great last minute Ute stay at this townhouse. Getting to the home was super easy even after our flight was delayed and late arrival.
The place is huge and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It had everything needed and we loved the gas fireplace. The garage was great for an easy check in and check out.
It was a close walk to the QuickSilver Super chair Lift. Main Street was also a nice e walk away.

The location of the house is perfect because it suits every member of the family, those that like to ski and those that don't. The house is located at less than five minutes from the peak 9 lift and at less than 5 minutes walk to the main street of Breckenridge. We really liked the town and Breckenridge's vibe. The house is very spaciuos and confortable and has its own covered garage which is a plus during the snow season.

We loved our stay in Breckinridge. The location was perfect for walking around town, renting mt. Bikes and jumping on the gondola. The house accommodated our family and had everything we needed to grill and make meals.

Very nice, cozy place with great decoration and a fantastic location! Communication with Great Western was a breeze (usually responded within a few hours via airbnb messaging). Check in and check out were simple and the suggested shuttle service was top notch. Shuttle was right on time for arrival and departure, and allows pit stops if need be. Oh, and the shower is amazing (it feels like it dumps 3 gallons of water on you a second). Would highly recommend and will use them for future uses.

Cute place with walking distance to Main Street and to the free bus stops.
Definitely a great place to stay if you are planning to not rent a vehicle to get around town.
