Description

One Breckenridge Place is one of our most popular properties with an amazing location just one block from Main Street and across the street from the base of Peak 9. This wonderful corner unit offers beautiful furnishings, flatscreen televisions, a spacious floor plan and much much more. The property has cable in most bedrooms and there is a TV for DVDs in the queen bedroom. Guests can enjoy the large gas grill on the private deck, garage parking, as well as access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs.

Third bedroom: Two Twin Beds

Living area: Queen sleeper

When renting at the One Breckenridge Place property, you would have access to the Upper Village Pool.

We had a great long weekend at this lovely condo. Great location very close to the ski lift and to town. Well stocked kitchen with standard cooking equipment. Comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend.

Very nice, cozy place with great decoration and a fantastic location! Communication with Great Western was a breeze (usually responded within a few hours via airbnb messaging). Check in and check out were simple and the suggested shuttle service was top notch. Shuttle was right on time for arrival and departure, and allows pit stops if need be. Oh, and the shower is amazing (it feels like it dumps 3 gallons of water on you a second). Would highly recommend and will use them for future uses.

This place is in a great location, a walking distance to Main Street. 3minutes to a ski resort, 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, and convenient stores. Two things I suggest to adjust is the heating system. Sometimes, the heater was not working in the Kid’s room. Also the couch was showing some age. Other that it was nice, spacious, cute, love the house’s decoration as well!

Cute place with walking distance to Main Street and to the free bus stops. Definitely a great place to stay if you are planning to not rent a vehicle to get around town.

This property is in a great location with plenty of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean. The garage was a big plus and there was an outdoor closet with room for all of our skis. The lift is very close and there is a path directly to the middle of town. The only bit of feedback I would give is that the couch is starting to show its age. Other than that, it is perfect!

As a last minute property change, our reservation rep. chose One Breckenridge Place 4 for our group. She did not disappoint! Our stay was exactly what we wanted with more than enough room for all of us. The other perk was the close accessibility to trails, restaurants, and shopping. We're already planning our next "girls weekend".

Perfect location, loved the decor, and very cozy for a late November stay. We did wish there was more snow in Breckenridge, but enjoyed walking around downtown. I recommend One Breckenridge Place!

The unit was spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable. We loved the fact that shops and restaurants were in walking distance from the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the beautiful fall weather. We would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Short walk to town and slopes. Walk to the lift, even in ski boots, was not bad. Nicely decorated and kept-up. Great place for a family trip - summer or winter. Awesome service from Great Western Lodging.
