Best location in breck! Super close to the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9 and very walkable. It was a bit inconvenient to have to check in at the main office 0.7 miles from the unit, but we were able to drop our keys in the unit lobby at check-out.

Super walkable to peak 9 and Main Street! Bus stops right outside or a short walk to other peaks/parts of town. Check in was easy and helpful!

Great location
The unit was well maintained and location was very convenient for both skiing and enjoying downtown. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed which was a disappointment.

Park Ave Loft 201 did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was, warm, and welcoming. Excellent location for us, easy access to Main Street. Unraveled coffee across the street was great for a AM latte. Parking garage was convenient to access as well.
