This beautiful one bedroom condo is located right on Park Avenue, across the street from the ski lifts and 1/2 block to Main Street. With an amazing view of the ski area, this comfortable unit features a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and cozy mountain furnishings.

The living area is beautifully designed, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The space is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and high-end cookware. The condo also features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Park Avenue Lofts is located in the heart of Breckenridge with easy access to shopping, dining and activities. Amenities include secure ski storage, access to a fitness area, and an underground heated parking spot, please note the clearance is 7'8".

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Ave Lofts in Breckenridge. The location is amazing, especially for shopping and restaurants, perfect for those with no vehicle when visiting Breckenridge.
The chairlift that is across the street does service more of a beginner crowd and it takes a long time to actually get up the mountain for good skiing. One day we took the bus over to the town gondola so we could start skiing advanced terrain sooner.
