Stay in the heart of Breckenridge at Park Avenue Lofts 204 – a stylish and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo that combines location and comfort. A quick walk across the street to the Quicksilver SuperChair at the base of Peak 9 and one block from Main Street, this condo is the perfect home base for exploring everything Breckenridge has to offer.
The open-concept living space features heated floors, a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a private balcony with mountain views. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the building's shared outdoor hot tub or stroll to one of the nearby restaurants or shops.
The bedroom offers a queen bed and plenty of natural light, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. Additional amenities include heated underground parking (clearance is 7'8"), a washer/dryer in the unit, ski storage, and elevator access.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

This is a great place to stay. It’s super easy to get to the Breckenridge lifts and ticket offices and it’s right next to a bunch of restaurants, bars and shops. The place was slightly rundown, but it was still pretty nice and we were very comfortable.- Posted: 3/16/2025

The place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for, I will say the hot tub wasn’t operational during our stay which was a bummer and wasn’t on the balcony of the room we stayed in like it appears in the pictures but definitely still enjoyed our stay and would stay again!- Posted: 2/1/2025

Great stay!
Has everything you need! Fireplace is a nice touch. Directly across from the Lifts so extremely easy to walk Main Street or hit the slopes. The kitchen accessories are outdated (blender etc.) but other than that everything was spectacular. There are also no seasonings if you plan to cook.- Posted: 1/15/2025
