This beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bathroom deluxe condo is just 1/2 block from Main Street and 150 yards from the base of Peak 9 - a perfect location when staying in Breckenridge. Decorated with modern mountain decor, and a recently updated bar with unique wood panelings, cozy up to the fireplace in the winter, or enjoy stunning views of the Breckenridge Ski Area mountains from the private deck in the summer. This property is also located just down the street from the Riverwalk Center, providing an easy walk to town, or to the ski slopes. We have stayed at the Park Avenue Lofts 204 previously and have always enjoyed the location. On this visit it appeared that there has been less care in maintaining the loft and some items needed repair. For example screens were missing on some windows and the front panel on the tub looked like it was ready to fall off. The refrigerator had been locked out so we could not use the ice machine or the fresh water and the glassware had been reduced. There were only 4 tall glasses. There was also minimal lighting in the loft making reading difficult. This was a disappointing considering the condition we found the Loft last time we stayed there.

I apologize for some of the things that you noted in your review. In regards to the screens, and front panel of hot tub - I let our maintenance team know so that they can tend to these ASAP. And regarding the glasses - I let housekeeping know so they can stock more glasses in the unit.

Room was nicely appointed and kitchen had decent cooking utensils. Fantastic location with a easy walk to Main Street. Parking is easy in the underground garage.

Room was pretty clean but floors needed to be swept and vacuumed. Bathtub front cover is falling off and needs fixed.

Bed is horribly hard so we did not sleep well. Being such a great location is also a bit of a downfall as due to there being no air conditioning you have to open windows to keep room cool and there is a lot of street noise.

Great location very nice condo but the only thing wrong the mattress was really hard and uncountable to sleep on. Other than that everything was awesome

The condo was cute and cozy for our family of three. Location was awesome across from the lifts and off Main Street. We had a great time hope to be back soon!

This condo is literally across the street from the Quicksilver Superchair and steps from Main Street. There is a ski rental place in the building, which is convenient for those who are renting to pick-up, store, and return. Management is also great. We forgot our key and called management to open our door, and they were there in under 2 minutes! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to Peak 9 Village and steps from Main Street. Condo is nicely furnished and plenty of room for family. Teenage daughters say sleeper sofa the most comfortable they have ever used. The staff at Great Western are amazing. Easy check in and stored luggage while we shopped. We are repeat customers and won't stay anywhere else.

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean, the bed was cozy, and the art was really fun. Not to mention it's in a perfect location to access Main Street shops, restaurants, and a short walk to the mountains. The hot tub in the complex faces the river was an awesome perk on cool nights. We will absolutely be back!

Condo was great. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Nice view of mountains. Balcony was wonderful to see mountains and read and enjoy the weather. Only complaint was the sheets on bed were like sandpaper...very rough. The mattress was uncomfortable, also. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
