Description

This beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bathroom deluxe condo is just 1/2 block from Main Street and 150 yards from the base of Peak 9 - a perfect location when staying in Breckenridge. Decorated with modern mountain decor, and a recently updated bar with unique wood panels, cozy up to the fireplace in the winter, or enjoy stunning views of the Breckenridge Ski Area mountains from the private deck in the summer. This property is also located just down the street from the Riverwalk Center, providing an easy walk to town, or to the ski slopes. This Breckenridge condo has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, top-of-the-line stainless steel kitchen appliances, and one underground parking space. The complex has an outdoor hot tub, a fitness room, and conference facilities.

Very nice condo. We requested a mountain view and got a room facing the mountains but it was blocked by trees. The resort wasn't full, so it would ha e been nice to be in a room with a view. Parking was nice and convenient. Very clean condo. Nice location.

This might be the best location in Breckenridge!

I was completely blown away by this property. It was cozy and had everything I needed for my trip. Because the location is so amazing, I was able to walk to everything I wanted to. Thanks Great Western Lodging for the amazing experience!

If I could give this condo a 4.5 star rating I would. It was phenomenal in terms of the location right in the heart of the Main Street Breck area. Condo was nicely appointed and everything was good. Only downside was lack of soap on arrival (which management provided on request), the rooms are small and the view from the balcony is mostly obstructed by aspens which is nice but can't see the mountains as much as we'd like. But, overall our stay was here was great! No complaints. Sidenote: if you're driving a dually you will not fit through the entrance to the garage. Same might be true for a large SUV that is overly wide. It is tight!

Park Avenue Lofts 204 is a great location with a nice view of the Aspens outside the condo and the mountains beyond. Right in town with easy access to both the mountain, Blue River, as well as the shops and restaurants. I have stayed here several times and will stay again. Great Western Lodging makes everything easy and convenient.

The park avenue lofts was in the perfect location and allowed us to be at the lift or downtown within five minutes. The ability to check our equipment in and out was very seamless. The unit was clean and cozy. I would stay here over and over again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing for Main Street access as well as ski access. Condo had everything we needed. We didn’t really do any cooking, but the very basics seemed available. The view from our balcony was incredible! When we got there the handle to the balcony door was missing. Maintenance replaced it same day. No big deal. The bed mattress does leave a lot to be desired but we were just fine. Overall, great place/location/convenience for skiing. We would definitely stay again.

James, the building maintenance guy there, was just a super helpful guy. We arrived and needed help with a few things and James went out of his way to help us out. He was around every day and available most everyday if we needed anything. Great guy.

Great location just across the street form the base of Peak 9. One bed with a living room pull out cough is Just enough room for a family of 4. Clean. Great kitchen amenities. Ski storage super. Easy check in / out. Underground garage parking added bonus. No negatives! Would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay, Clean place, with location location location - short walk to skiing, shorter walk to town
Fireplace a very nice treat, coupled with great views of the mountains, from the balcony, and the condo itself.

Very minor nuisance TV high on the wall, so looking up, and temperature control

Would absolutely stay again

Great response to any questions or concerns you may have and the walk to the lift is not far at all. Make sure you have some quarters to do some washing since this particular unit has no washer/dryer but we used the ones located on lower level and they worked great. Great company to work with...

Overall great all the way around. Safe, close to everything, HEATED parking... the place is nice and had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again. Little tip... the bedroom thermostat is behind the hutch. ;) thank you for a great Breck experience!

Loft 204 Review

We have stayed at the Park Avenue Lofts 204 previously and have always enjoyed the location. On this visit it appeared that there has been less care in maintaining the loft and some items needed repair. For example screens were missing on some windows and the front panel on the tub looked like it was ready to fall off. The refrigerator had been locked out so we could not use the ice machine or the fresh water and the glassware had been reduced. There were only 4 tall glasses. There was also minimal lighting in the loft making reading difficult. This was a disappointing considering the condition we found the Loft last time we stayed there.

Room was nicely appointed and kitchen had decent cooking utensils. Fantastic location with a easy walk to Main Street. Parking is easy in the underground garage.

Room was pretty clean but floors needed to be swept and vacuumed. Bathtub front cover is falling off and needs fixed.

Bed is horribly hard so we did not sleep well. Being such a great location is also a bit of a downfall as due to there being no air conditioning you have to open windows to keep room cool and there is a lot of street noise.

This condo is literally across the street from the Quicksilver Superchair and steps from Main Street. There is a ski rental place in the building, which is convenient for those who are renting to pick-up, store, and return. Management is also great. We forgot our key and called management to open our door, and they were there in under 2 minutes! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to Peak 9 Village and steps from Main Street. Condo is nicely furnished and plenty of room for family. Teenage daughters say sleeper sofa the most comfortable they have ever used. The staff at Great Western are amazing. Easy check in and stored luggage while we shopped. We are repeat customers and won't stay anywhere else.

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean, the bed was cozy, and the art was really fun. Not to mention it's in a perfect location to access Main Street shops, restaurants, and a short walk to the mountains. The hot tub in the complex faces the river was an awesome perk on cool nights. We will absolutely be back!

Condo was great. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Nice view of mountains. Balcony was wonderful to see mountains and read and enjoy the weather. Only complaint was the sheets on bed were like sandpaper...very rough. The mattress was uncomfortable, also. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
