The open living area provides comfortable seating and flows into a modern kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy crisp alpine air and views of the surrounding slopes. The spacious bedroom offers a queen bed, while the queen sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests, making this condo perfect for couples, small families, or friends. Please note that the fireplace is currently not functional.

Park Avenue Lofts offers guests access to a shared outdoor hot tub, fitness center, ski storage, elevator access, and one heated underground parking space with a garage clearance of 7'8". Location is perfect, walking distance to most things, parking was also very easy to find. No issues at all. Place was clean and had very nice views. Elevator worked great, clean kitchen, clean bathroom.

Perfect for our little getaway weekend. We loved the location being walking distance from Main Street and a lot of the great places to eat.
