Description

This beautiful two bedroom Breckenridge condo boasts views of the mountain and town from all sides! It is one of two of this floorplan in the building with both bedrooms and living area on the same level. No additional steps inside the unit! Enjoy the newly remodeled bathroom in the master bedroom and soak up the views of the historic dredged right from the bedroom windows. The open concept living area will make cozying up to the gas fireplace and prepping dinner in the kitchen a family event. With the private deck guests can take in a spectacular view of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, and the Blue River flowing along the Riverwalk into downtown Breckenridge. The complex is equipped with a fitness room and conference facilities.

This listing is a great place to book! It is clean, comfortable, convenient & has a great view! We would stay again.
For winter travelers, this place has a great location for ski lift access! It is walking distance to peak 9 lift and shuttle stop for other peak access.

Nice place, super convenient location and having a spot to park in their parking garage was a huge plus! Also, the property management folks who handle check in, etc. were very friendly and helpful. Will book again next time we’re in breck if it’s available.

Great location! Right off of Main Street so easily walkable to everything, but still surrounded by trees. The underground parking garage was very convenient. Breckenridge traffic and parking is difficult, but we were able to park our car for the stay and walk to everything. The condo was nice and cozy. Perfect for our family!

Dec vacation

The unit was well supplied with essentials (towels, soaps, dishwasher and laundry detergents) and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Excellent for a comfortable stay with the ability to cook instead of eating out for every meal. Only ding to the stay was that the cable TV box in the master bedroom didn't work right - most channels gave an error. So no TV in bed. But the boxes in the other bedroom and the living room worked. The location is outstanding. Views from all rooms and the balcony were amazing - we arrived the day before it snowed and woke up to a 'winter wonderland' view from every window. Views are equally great on a sunny day. Close to bus stops (for both the Breck FreeRide and Summit Country buses) and Main St.

Great place. Views from every window. Nice layout. Convenient/walking distance to downtown Breck. The hot tub is for the building not private and was out of order unfortunately.

We stayed in this condo type unit just after Presidents Day weekend 2024. The location was excellent, literally across the street from the Maggie/ base of peak 9.
The condo unit was clean and matched the photos. Both rooms and closets were spacious, especially the master. The unit is at the end of the building and I think you only share one wall with a neighboring unit. The views out of the condo were very nice too. The beds were fine, the pillows were quite flat though. The kitchen was pretty good, you have basic amenities like utensils and plates/bowls. Hot tub access was a plus. The parking garage entry is steep but the roof clearance is good, 7'8" if you have a tall vehicle or rooftop carrier like we did.
The one inconvenience was you have stop by the Great Western Lodge office to pick up/ drop off card keys, which is a hassle time-wise. I'd say a key box or numeric keypad would be better options.
Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Amazing Experience

This was the coziest and most convenient loft! The pictures that are posted do not do this space justice. The views are absolutely incredible and it is very spacious. All of downtown is within walking distance. We absolutely loved this loft and would most definitely book again!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We’ve already recommended this unit to friends booking a ski trip in the coming weeks! Great Western was extremely responsive to our questions and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is gorgeous, spotless, and near every major restaurant in the area. We will be back and we will be booking again through Great Western. 10 out of 10 experience!!!!

Great Location

We had a fantastic time celebrating Christmas as a family in Breck. The condo was wonderful. My only complaint is we had a hard time controlling the temperature. It would swing from really hot, to comfortable, then chilly. We couldn’t seem to regulate it. The parking is easy, the ski valet is awesome and the condo is as described. Tip, bring your own coffee upon arrival, filters are provided but no coffee grounds. We did leave ours there upon departure for the next guest. Additionally, buy a bag of ice, the ice maker does not work. Overall, truly a great spot!

The location of this place was absolutely incredible! Especially if you’re skiing - it’s a 5 minute walk to the lift and right off Main Street. The unit was very spacious and we loved the ski valet option.
The photos portrayed the space perfectly and the view from our rooms were amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

We particularly appreciated high quality appliances, comfortable beds, elevator access from parking and luggage carts for unloading. Each window looked out on a beautiful view. Great location! Once we parked the car we didn’t use it until we left. Can walk to restaurants and the lifts. Appreciate the elevator as we had 2 seniors with us.

Condo has an absolutely perfect location. We had an ideal fall weekend, and walked to everything in Breckenridge. The photos do not do justice to the lovely views out every window. Easy access to everything including the river trail, but still has views that make one feel close to nature despite being very close to Main Street.
Parking Garage has a steep entry and the spots are a little tight. We parked once and then walked everywhere so this was not an issue for us at all, but if we were coming and going by car a lot it might bother me. There was a tiny bit of noise on Saturday night from live music at a bar nearby. Closed windows were great at blocking the noise but if you are especially sensitive to noise you may want to bring a sound machine. Otherwise, surprisingly quiet for being in town. As other reviewers have stated, you might want to bring your own pillows.
Overall a terrific stay! We hope to make this our go-to when visiting Breck.

Very clean and in the perfect location at the south end of Main Street and Park Ave. We parked our car and walked to every amenity including many restaurants the entire time. From the helpful labels on the light switches to the ease of check in, we loved our September stay. This space easily fits 4 people with ample room.

The location of this condo was fantastic. It was easy to access the ski area, as well as Main Street for shopping and dining. The condo itself was extremely well-stocked, clean, and cozy. The view from all windows was beautiful. There's a perfect spot in front of the fire (which turns on with just a switch) and you can look out the window to magical scenes at night and during the day. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely return for summer or winter.
