Apartment building walking distance from lift, restaurants and shopping. Garage entrance is tight but once we got in we didn’t drive again. There is a ski rental shop next to the apartments and they also valet the ski equipment for us. Recommend the lessor to leave maybe some maps of the mountain and other helpful information about the area. Building had a hot top and gym which was a plus.

This is the third time that we have stayed in this unit (twice prior under previous ownership of the unit). The location of the building is very convenient both to the Peak 9 Base (~3 minute walk to Quicksilver) and to Main Street/restaurants. Ski storage is convenient and free at the back door of Baseline Sports which is inside the lobby of the condo building on floor 1. Easy access to the unit via elevator or one flight of stairs. Underground parking accessed via elevator. This unit is always warm in the winter, even with the thermostat turned all the way down, but cracking open a window seems to do the job in regulating temperature. The building itself is well maintained and appears newer than its age (22 years).

It was so nice that we didn't need to drive to get to/around Breckenridge. It was also great to have a parking spot because parking in Breckenridge when it's busy can be a pain.

Loved this place! Perfect for us (couple & young adult) and right at Breck Village & Main St. so renting ski equip & getting to lifts was easy! Great coffee shop & food nearby (walking). Sheltered parking included is essential in winter! Great bed n sofa bed; nicely equipped kitchen; warm n cozy; WiFi etc. couldn’t hv asked for better!

Terrific location adjacent to Breck Village at base of Peak 9. Clean, well stocked kitchen, great bed and sofa bed. Everything we needed! Really good place to stay if it’s your 1st time to Breck for skiing. Rentals close, good food close, covered pkg essential!, Coffee shop across street (in Gravity Haus) terrific too.
