This Parklofts condo was perfect for us. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants on Main Street and Park. Right above Base Mountain Sports where we rented bikes, and adjacent to F lot for when we meet up with our kids. My husband has space to work when needed, and we had a wooded balcony. This was perfect for our needs this trip!

The apartment was exactly how it appears in the pictures. Super clean and well taken care of. There were enough linens and other amenities that were provided for a 3 person stay for 2 nights and 3 days. The Great Lodge is one block away from main street so you are central to restaurants and shops. Best part is the garage parking. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

The property at Park Avenue Lofts could not have been more conveniently located. Steps away from Main Street and hiking trails. Check in/out was simple (the employee at checkin shared lots of great tips), apartment was clean and roomy. Will stay again!

We were absolutely thrilled with our recent stay! Lovely mountain condo, fabulous location with amazingly easy access to downtown area with its restaurants, cafes, breweries, and shops! Didn’t even move our car In three days. The parking access could have been explained a bit better. We asked a shop owner for more details and it worked out perfectly! Loved our stay! Would recommend it highly!

A great location. Upon arrival, I parked in the garage and did not drive my vehicle again until departure for check-out. The furniture was good and the kitchen had ample appliances, silverware, dishes, etc, and utensils. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the management was friendly.

Fabulous centrally located condo. Walkable to the lift and restaurants. Try Maggie on the Blue, Aurum, and the Briar Rose!

The facilities and the condo are in beautiful condition. Nice size and very comfortable for 2 people. We really enjoyed everything the condo has to offer. The little patio was great to relax on and enjoy the summer breeze. Close to everything. Check-in is at the North end of main street and the condo is at the South end of main street. We parked in the public parking lot right next to the condo at 2 pm for $3 and then made our way down main street for check in around 4 pm. Once we checked in we were able to park in the parking garage the rest of the weekend.

Wonderful unit - a 5-min walk to Quicksilver Super Chair (a great expansive area for beginners). The unit was very cozy and well stocked. The ski valet on the ground floor and the garage were really nice features. We would love to stay here again!

Great location near Main Street and a short walk to the lifts. The condo is very nice and comfortable with all of the basic supplies.

Great place to stay. The unit is clean, plenty of space to put your things away and stay organized for your stay.
They offer a private covered parking garage. They have luggage carts, easy access from parking to the elevator.
You are walking distance to Breckenridge.

Great location! Cute place! It was so nice that we didn't need to drive to get to/around Breckenridge. It was also great to have a parking spot because parking in Breckenridge when it's busy can be a pain.

Terrific location adjacent to Breck Village at base of Peak 9. Clean, well stocked kitchen, great bed and sofa bed. Everything we needed! Really good place to stay if it’s your 1st time to Breck for skiing. Rentals close, good food close, covered pkg essential!, Coffee shop across street (in Gravity Haus) terrific too.
