Description

This two bedroom corner unit is our largest unit in the entire building, featuring 1288 square feet of living area. The floor plan offers tiled flooring, a cozy two-sided gas fireplace in the living area & master bedroom, nice dining area, and a mountain view from the balcony. The property provides a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and stays cozy with the fireplace. Other property features include a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and one underground parking space. The building also offers a fitness room, free ski concierge service and a lobby with a fireplace and couches. All of the attractions of Main Street are just a short 1/2 block walk, and the Quicksilver Chairlift and the base of Peak 9 are right across the street.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. Beautiful place in a great location, with covered parking a great fireplace. Communication can be a touch glitchy, given that the property management company has their own system that's sort of been retrofitted into Airbnb. But that shouldn't stop anyone from staying here. We'll happily come back.

The place was roomy for a two bedroom and each bathroom was nice and large. We liked the location. Our only issue was the power was out twice. We had two full days with zero hot water - so showers after hiking or biking were freezing.

This place rocks! The photos don’t do it justice—the living room and kitchen are even more spacious in person. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating.
The only thing to note is that if you're visiting in the summer, you might need to crack a window to keep things cool, since AC is limited. We stayed in late July, and while the temperature was manageable, the street outside stays a bit active until around 11:00pm. That said, I imagine it’s not an issue for 10–11 months of the year.

The location was perfect- easy walk to Peak 9 and right in the heart of Breckenridge. The condo was very spacious with lots of amenities and very clean- the perfect place for us on Thanksgiving. And everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved the convenience of where it’s located. It so clean, and had everything we could think of needing. We will definitely stay again. So many shops and dining places nearby. Not directly on the strip (which I like) but right around the corner. It’s convenient to Friscos, silverthorne, Loveland pass… many places are drivable. About 1hr45min from Royal Gorge train ride… which I suggest to any out of towner.

The location was a close walk to the Peak 9 chair lifts, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group of 6. The only small downside was the check-in process (we had to get the key from another building).

This condo was perfect for a fall get away!
Pros: location is perfect- you can walk to all shops and restaurants in town. I only used my car for drives up into the mountains.
-condo was exceptionally clean, and the appliances were modern and working well.
-There is assigned parking in the garage, which was well lit, enclosed from the elements and felt secure and safe.
-Elevator access to the room and garage was quick and convenient.
-Condo had all the extra amenities for cooking, extra pillows, even a humidifier for the bedrooms available for use.
As others have said, there is no AC, but opening the windows worked fine for me during the day due to the cool climate. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would book again!

The location was perfect! It was right across from Quicksilver Lift and a block to Main Street! We were able to park once we arrived and never had to drive anywhere to go explore! The unit was very clean and felt very homey!

Great location for skiing family! Right across from the Village with ski school, Super Connect and restaurants. Ski rental at the base of the building with free storage. Parked our car in the underground garage and walked everywhere. Highly recommend this apartment.
