We really enjoyed our stay with Great Western Lodging at 301 Park Ave. Lofts. The unit is spacious for 2 couples. Very close to lifts, rentals are downstairs in the building with complimentary valet, and perfect location to walk to main street for dinner or shopping! James, our maintenance man was also wonderful! He helped up with everything we needed from the hot tub, extra towels, and laundry detergent! Thank you!

Great stay. 5 stars. Two improvements would be king size bed in master and bunks in 2nd. Better humidifiers too. Only one works well

This is my family's second stay in this condo. We like this condo because it has a hot tub, it is on the corner, has a great view, and is conveniently located to the Maggie, Ski School and the Quick Silver Chair; furthermore, we enjoy the fact that it is just a short walk to get to any restaurant on main street. In summary, we enjoyed our stay again. We look forward to next year. The only comment I have is, I wish there were games (board, cards, jenga, etc,?) available for play.

Before booking this condo, we read the previous reviews. We were very hopeful that after a year, all issues would be resolved. Nonetheless, we were disappointed. The pilot light in fireplace wouldn't stay lit. The living room furniture is completely out of date and worn out! No support whatsoever. The upstairs bedding issue has not been resolved. The bed pillows were way too soft (there should be a variety). The dining room chairs are about to collapse and there are nails sticking out of 2 of them. The hot tub was amazing, but there needs be chairs outside as well (no where to put your towels while in the hot tub!). The view was spectacular. We would love to stay in the same condo next year, but it seems there is no guarantee that the owner will address these issues (considering the previous review of these issues was in March of last year!)

This unit is conveniently located with easy access to both restaurants, shopping and slopes. There is a ski shop located in the building which makes it very convenient if you need and ski clothing or rental equipment. The facilities are new and well kept. We immediately noticed, however, that the unit has some downsides. First the living room furniture is completely worn out, the seat cushions have absolutely no support. The fold out sofa bed is worn out as well and should be replaced. The bedding is old and should be upgraded, especially the pillows! When you are paying these rates, the furniture and bedding should be in top shape! The dining chairs are falling apart as well. Assuming these upgrades are made, I would absolutely consider renting this unit again, otherwise no way.

This is a perfect corner unit with great views. Hot tub needed to be cleaned when we got there but they came and fixed it right away.

Terrific place. Beautiful views and no need for air conditioning even in August. The washer/dryer was really handy and the location is prime for restaurants, etc. an the grocery on Ridge St. We hope they add a couple of plastic lawn chairs for the deck (there is a lot of room) so we can sit up there and enjoy the view next year without being in the tub! We are coming back! : D

My husband and 2 daughters really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location in Breck with an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Nice accommodations and we enjoyed the 2 stories to have separated rooms. The hot tub on the deck is a huge plus and enjoyed our view of the mountains while relaxing. It was also great to have a garage parking spot to easily get in/out of and a washer/dryer. In the summer without air conditioning, you definitely need the windows open and the only thing we found was that there were a couple windows that were hard to close because they were off their track. Overall a wonderful 4th of July spot and we'd love to return someday!

Very nice unit in a great location for us. Peak 9 and Ski School across the street, great rental company downstairs less expensive than the resort. Private hot tub was very cool ! Unit has nice bedrooms, living room is very small, TV over fireplace is high and you have to look up from couch, I found that annoying. Chairs in living room are worn out as well. Only a few units on 3rd floor were being used, it was very easy to hear everything being said in the hallway, can't imagine what that would be like in season. But, overall I was very happy with the location, quality of the unit, and very impressed with the staff at Great Western. I would rent from them again for any CO ski vacation.

Fabulous vacation retreat. Condo was extremely well decorated and comfortable ! All of the appliances and kitchenware were first rate. The hot tub is excellent. The location is perfect for the slopes and dining. We felt at home and relaxed from the moment we walked in. Hope to stay the same place next year!
