Perfect location directly across from lifts, smack in the middle of Breck. Rare downtown private jacuzzi with incredible view. Cozy beds and fireplace! Don't make the mistake we did and park in the lot next to the building, you'll get ticketed. Private parking is under the unit.- Reviewed On: 3/28/2026

The house was great! Very nice and clean inside. Surprisingly large and comfortable for a family. The location was amazing. This is an amazing place to stay in downtown Breckenridge. 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super 6 lift. Amazing sunset views of the mountain. Private heated parking that can easily handle a large vehicle (we had a Tahoe with roof ski rack). Walkable to downtown. Very clean. Hot tub is amazing. Great location. Short walk across the street to Peak 9 Base. Very convenient option where you can store your skis in the lobby of the building right at the elevator to your room. It's the ski shop on the ground floor that provides this free service via a private dutch door in the lobby. Private hot tub off our room was fantastic. Place was very clean.- Reviewed On: 3/16/2023
