Park Avenue Lofts 303

The location, condo itself and hot tub were as advertised and did not disappoint. We had a fantastic stay.

This is my third time booking a Park Avenue Lofts rental. The location is just a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair, and 5 minutes to a handful of great restaurants. The view from the hot tub is second to none! Finally Great Western is a great management company - they are always super responsive to any questions I would have and very accommodating to all of my requests.

This is an amazing place to stay in Breckenridge. It is very close to everything. It is within a 5-minute walk to the ski lift and 2-minute walk to Main Street. The place was very clean and the space inside the apartment is great. It also has a very nice view of the mountain. I definitely would stay here again next time I am in Breckenridge!

Condo was great and location is even better if you are skiing or walking to dinner/shopping. Fan in downstairs bathroom needs replaced and coffee maker could use an upgrade.

This is the perfect location to stay for snowboarding or skiing at breck, with just a very short walk to get to the quicksilver lift. Very clean property with amazing views from the hot tub! I would most definitely stay here again with my family!

The unit was great, well stocked with supplies and exactly as described. The hot tub on the roof, wow what a view, was a perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. And the location was unbeatable, walkable to the lift as well as countless restaurants.
The bedroom doors are not very private since they have opaque glass inserts. Getting keys required going to a second location several minutes away first but that was communicated to us in advance.
We would definitely stay again!

This condo was just perfect! Excellent location, close by to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. A great centralized location to check out the ski area and other surrounding points of interest as well as great hiking trails.
Unit was just as described online. Well stocked with all the necessities. All the details were considered, even down to labeling of the light switches throughout the unit.
Hot tub was an excellent way to unwind at the end of the day. Looking up at the stars at night was so peaceful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and the whole Breckenridge area.

Loved everything about this unit. It was spotless (kudos to the cleaning staff), the location was perfect with short walking distance to downtown & to the slopes. The condo layout was fantastic with a huge master suite complimented by a spacious tiled shower. The hot tub was a bonus offering a spectacular view of the slopes. We will be back.

What a wonderful place to stay. Completely walkable to everything and the two floor level with a private hot tub were certainly bonuses. I guess my only concern was picking up our “packet” at a different location was a bit of a hassle. Good thing we rented a vehicle.

We loved our stay at this condo. The location was excellent, right near the main street, within walkable distance to a great hike, and easy to get into the bike lanes and trails from the condo. The condo fitted our party of four great, the views were absolutely breathtaking of the mountains and the private jacuzzi was amazing and a highlight of our whole trip. The only thing I would say is there is glass in all the internal doors (opaque style glass). However, if you are traveling with people you don't know well, particularly for the bedroom on the main level, the glass in the bedroom door is a little awkward privacy wise for anyone located in the main floor bedroom. Our guests ended up by hanging a sheet inside the door to make it more private. The staff at Great Western were excellent to deal with, and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay in the condo again (even though I mentioned the glass in all the internal doors being a little awkward).

Exactly as described. The best location! Fully walkable to everything! Hot tub was wonderful. The entire home was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Lots of pillows and extra blankets. Great communication with manager. The view is hard to beat. Loved the kitchen as well for having meals. Definitely would choose again. There was even cable TV which is almost never available on air bnb places. Please note if you have second car you would need to park that elsewhere but it’s extremely clear in the instructions (with link to Breckenridge parking) and we parked ours about less that a mile as we needed overnight but that was not a problem at all! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Great place! Perfect location right at the bottom of Peak 9. Easy to walk to chair lift and lots of bar/restaurants. Private hot tub was amazing with views of the slopes. Did not have beach towels so recommend to bring your own. Several perks such as surround sound throughout the whole unit and games. 5/5 stars all around!

El único inconveniente sería si llevaras una camioneta de grandes dimensiones no entraría en su estacionamiento cubierto de ahí en fuera todo es perfecto .

Location of this beautiful home was at the center of all this beautiful town has to offer! We honestly didn’t need a vehicle to get around and explore the area. There are lots of fun activities for the entire family. I will definitely return with my family we all had an amazing time!

We had a great time. Private hot tub was the best part. Trying to park an F-350 in the garage was a bit tight. Wouldn’t recommend a big truck to get in the garage.

My friend and I loved the place! It was beautifully decorated and and walkable to everything. It was nice to have the private jacuzzi also. The GW staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our four-night stay at the Great Western condo in Breckenridge. The unit features a well-designed and well-equipped kitchen. The living/dining area provides marvelous views of the Breckenridge ski area and the peaks beyond, which still support large snow fields. With the master bedroom, with ensuite bath, on the second floor, and the second bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom on the first floor, the layout would be ideal for two couples who want to spend time together, but also value their privacy. The hot tub outdoors on the second floor is a great feature: it is private, sparkling clean, and provides great views of the mountains while you soak. We would definitely select the Great Western condo when we visit Breckenridge in the future.

I loved this unit. Great location. The kitchen was outfitted with all your needs. The fireplace is a nice touch. The hot tub was dreamy with that view! The bed and bedding was so cozy. The property management company is excellent and helped us with all kinds of things. We were so happy that we ended up extended our stay for another week. Would definitely recommend unit 303 for your stay.

A little high on the price when we saw the booking, but once we were there, it was so very comfortable, a great homey feel, and best of all, the private hot tub. That was absolutely the icing on the cake. As for location, it was easily walkable to both lifts and all of downtown. It was definitely worth the price and we enjoyed every second in this place.
