Park Avenue Lofts 304

My stay here was wonderful. The condo is very well maintained. The hot tub was absolutely amazing and the view wasn’t so bad either!
The beds are comfy and everything was very clean.
The condo is only half a block or so off of Main Street, so there’s lots to do and see in walking distance.
Check in was easy and hassle free and house rules are very clearly stated.
I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend to anyone else looking for a place in Breckenridge.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was easy to get to. The price was reasonable. The accomodations were comfortable. we loved having the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate out some and cooked in the kitchen other times. Great Western Lodging was very easy to deal with. We loved that it didnt allow pets or smoking. We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay - the location was excellent for accessing the mountain and the town and the apartment was gorgeous - completely as described and with great amenities! The private hot tub with the amazing views of the mountain was epic! Only build would be better curtains in the master bedroom as they let the light in early but for those going skiing it worked as a good natural alarm clock!

What a lovely, convenient spot :)

We came up mid-week for some ski lessons for our kids. The condo was very close to the Village base where the ski lessons were taking place which made it very convenient. The property itself was clean and the kitchen had what we needed to make a couple meals. Beds were comfortable and their were some books and board games available too which was nice. Only thing I would metion is that most of the blinds are broken and the hot tub was low on water, but not deal breakers. Again, great little property and would stay again!

We had a really nice stay. We liked the location relative to the Main St and shops, restaurants, etc. The building was safe, secure. Care takers need to give a bit of attention to minor housekeeping details; TP holder is broken, a couple window screens need to be replaced. Minor though.

Loved, loved, loved this stay!!! Beautiful view of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Walking distance to lift. Valet service for gear. Place was very clean, so comfy and waking up with a cup of coffee (ok maybe it was hot toddy's) and a soak in the hot tub, was so magical

Location, location, location! Walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants and Peak 9 Base for ski school and chairlifts. The condo was very clean, had plenty of space for our family of 4 and the private hot tub was amazing! Looks just like the pictures. Great to have a garage parking spot too! Would absolutely stay here again!

Even closer to the base of the mountain than expected, the location actually right across the street from the Breckenridge Village at the base of peak nine. Five minutes or less to walk to the lift, and that’s with ski boots.
Parking area is clean and easily accessible. The ski concierge is a nice touch so you don’t have to haul your stuff up the elevator.
Oh, and soaking in your own private hot tub is only matched by having heated bathroom floors. What a treat!

It would be hard to find a better location in Downtown Breck where you are a 5-minute walk from shops, dining, and the lifts. The view from the private hot tub was spectacular. One minor description issue: we could not figure out how to access the private ski locker. The building offers a valet service on the first floor so we didn't bother looking into it further. We will certainly be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a ski weekend.

This is a perfect spot to stay in. Ollie’s restaurant is right behind and it’s within walking distance to Starbucks. The place was spacious enough and had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place when I booked it. The pictures they have on this listing do not do this place justice. Incredible views, fantastic location, and the perfect private hot tub.
