This 2 bedroom unit is very popular with its spacious rooms and bedding choices. Park Avenue Lofts also has a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness center and conference center. Being only a 1/2 block from Main Street and the slopes, everything is nice and close to this location.

Perfect location - comfortable stay!

This condo was great! Very comfortably slept our family of 5. We loved the private hot tub, warm gas fireplace and LOCATION! We could walk to Quicksilver lift in our boots and it was a super quick walk to Main St and tons of restaurants and shops. The bed upstairs was super comfortable and both bathrooms were functional.

I’ve been coming to Breck for nearly 30 years and have rented houses or condos, and tried many hotels in Summit County. In recent years I have discovered Park Ave. Lofts, and this has become my “Go-To.” The location, ease of access, parking simplicity, and comfort have me locked as a return customer. If a unit is available when I plan a visit, I take a sigh of relief knowing it will meet my expectations.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great location. Only complaint was the hot tub cover. The mechanism to lift it off is broken and hard to remove. Hopefully they fix it soon. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this apartment really can't be beat- cross the street to the base of the Quicksilver chair on peak 9 and main street is just there.
Underground parking space is very convenient (we didnt really move the car the whole weekend) and ski valet (free) to leave our skis and boards over night downstairs in the lobby is awesome.
The apartment itself was spotless and well maintained.
Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds and showers, kitchen while small is fully stocked (although we ate out mostly).
The only con was the TV which is really not a smart TV which you would really find everywhere - I think its time to upgrade.
Great western Lodging was very helpful letting check in a little earlier - as soon as the apt was ready, and to check out a little later also- thank you!
Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a great location, beautiful views of the slopes and a private hot tub, this is the place. We have stayed in multiple places in Breckenridge over the years and this unit we have stayed in twice now. The views of the slopes from the living room and roof top hot tub are some of the best. The lift is a short walk across the street. You can walk to town to go shopping, go out to eat or just grab a hot cocoa. The beds are very comfortable and both bathrooms are large with heated floors. My only negative is the living room is small, but nice and comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen is small as well, but we cooked almost every night with no problems. Another bonus is the unit is not far from the elevator and the parking garage is great when it’s snowing. Love this unit 304 at Park Avenue Lofts.

Perfect location for walking to the ski lift and to all of the shops and food. Great views of the mtn from the living room and the private hot tub. The only thing I would call out is that it stayed really warm in the unit which made it tough to sleep at night.

We had a really great stay! We had a bit of trouble controlling the temp of the space, but it was the perfect size and having our own hot tub was amazing! Great location too.
