Description


This convenient two bedroom condo is one of our closest units to historic Main Street. Guests can easily access the Quicksilver Lift on Peak 9 after a 150 yard walk. This condo offers a two-level floor plan complete with rustic furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Other unit amenities include a gas-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, 1-car garage parking and a private outdoor hot tub. Building amenities include a fitness room, secured ski storage and an underground parking space.

We try to come every winter to ski in Breck. This was our first time staying at Park Avenue Lofts. It was perfect. We went with another couple and had the best time. It was a very close walk to Main Street where all the restaurants, pubs and shops are. We rented our skis downstairs and conveniently walked across the street to the lifts! The place was nice and clean. The downstairs bathroom shower would backup a little (just so maintenance is aware), but was not really a big issue. The place also had a cool view of the slopes from outside the living room window. The garage parking was easy and convenient and the locker room for our skis was perfect! All-in-all it was a perfect place and you can't ever go wrong visiting Breck! Thanks for letting stay at your lovely place!

The condo fully met our expectations. Great location - very close to the lifts, ski school, ski rentals, Main street with bars, shops and restaurants. Located on two levels, the condo was comfortable for 2 families - 4 adults and 2 kids. Spacious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice private jacuzzi. Quiet - faces the backside, not the main road.

A few minor drawbacks:

- the property lacks heated ski storage so you need to bring ski boots home and leave the skis either on the garage level or valet check them in the rental shop located in the same building (not too cumbersome, but you may want to leave tips to the rental shop staff)
- slow internet (good for surfing, not media content)
- wine glasses could be better

The condo met our expectations with a good location very close to main street restaurants, shops, and interesting things to see. It was also a close walk to the Quicksilver (really "Slowsilver" lift). Since this condo is two levels, it's kind of a pain going up and down the steep staircase to upper loft bedroom after a long day of skiing. Both bedrooms are small with queen bedding, but the bathrooms are double sinks and really don't need the huge soaking tub, since hot tub is out on the deck. Kitchen is super small, but well-equipped. Not enough good wine glasses or bowls for breakfast cereal and frying pans were not in good shape. We wanted to grill steaks, but couldn't figure out where the grill was, so skipped it. We had to call to get both of our humidifiers replaced, since they didn't work (calcium build up on the screens). They were promptly replaced with new ones. The condo was pretty quiet; not many people in this part of the building. We looked out at the "Dredge Restaurant" which wasn't the greatest view. Will ask for view of the slopes next time we come out.

Shortcomings:
- no heated ski storage; had to bring boots upstairs and put skis in locked ski closet
- wine glasses were not nice at all
- not enough bowls for soups/cereal (had to run dishwasher every day and we were only 3 people!)

Great location, right off of Main at and across the street from the Quicksilver Lift. Kitchen was equipped and hot tub was amazing overlooking town. Underground parking was a great bonus as it snowed our entire stay. Definitely will be back.

This is a very nice and well maintained unit. As with many rental condos the knives in the kitchen are not the best, but otherwise the kitchen is well appointed.

I do think the oven either needs to be calibrated or they need to get an oven thermometer, it seems to not actually be at the indicated temperature.

The beds are amazing. THANK YOU for making the investment in high quality mattresses. Beyond appreciated.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would choose this unit again.

The interior of the condo exceeded our expectations. Really nice decor and furnishings. Great view and location in Breckenridge. Some minor irritations - 1. Only one packet of laundry soap.
2. Frying pans - we tried frying some eggs and the two pans available were both old Teflon
coated aluminum with big chunks of the non-stick coating worn away. 3. The internet
connection was very sporadic.

We absolutely loved our stay at your condo. It was super comfortable and relaxing for our getaway to Breckenridge. It was conveniently located and we were able to walk into town. Everything was clean and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely plan on returning!

This was our second stay in #309. This is our favorite place to stay in Breck. Located just off Main Street, it is convenient to walk for shopping and dining and offers underground parking. One thing I had forgotten is that you have to bring your own toiletries. I guess I'm used to the hotels that provide shampoo and body wash. (Also had to purchase a small magnifying mirror, as I'm almost 50 and it's getting harder to see in the mirror to put on make-up). Not a big deal though, as there is a grocery store just down the street. The family room was a little noisier than I remember from the last stay. It sounds as if the windows are open, when they aren't. Overall, it's a great place to stay. I'm certain we will stay here again on our next visit.

This location is perfect and the unit was clean and well furnished. After two grueling days on the amazing golf courses of Summit County, the private hot tub offered much needed rest and recovery.

Our experience booking through Great Western Lodging was great and the staff were friendly and expedient. A minor maintenance issue was addressed almost immediately. Will definitely be back!!

This is a terrific 1 bedroom with King Bed and fully furnished kitchen. Overlooks Park Av. and is 5 minute walk to Quicksilver lift. Everything is comfortable and well-furnished, maintained and clean. Stayed here for 3 years in a row and will return.
