This one-of-a-kind two-bedroom condo, hosted by Great Western Lodging, offers a spacious and flexible layout perfect for families and groups. The unique floor plan includes a separate office area, a jetted tub, two and a half bathrooms, and a den with additional sleeping space. Guests staying at Powderhorn have access to the shared Columbine Pool, located about a five-minute walk from the condo. The free town shuttle is just one block away, providing convenient transportation throughout Breckenridge and Summit County. Please note that the Columbine Pool will be closed beginning Monday, September 28, and will reopen Friday, October 30, 2026.

Columbine Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and from mid-November through closing day of the ski area. The pool is located approximately a five-minute walk from the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Older but spacious and comfortable. Hot tubs are across the street. Walk to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. I’ll come back. We had Peak Express bring us from and to the airport and they will drop off and pick you up right out front of condo.

Big place and clean/comfortable. Close to everything including the Riverwalk, restaurants (loved Breck Brewery and Castaways Cove). We had a toddler with us and it was a pretty safe space for him as well. It was 80+ degrees outside and it felt cool inside even without air conditioning would definitely return!

Great location. 5 minute walk to quicksilver super chair. Very close to Main Street and all the bars and restaurants as well. Great space and bigger than I expected.
The only thing to be aware of is the hot tub and pools are a shared facility among several buildings. You have to walk about a quarter mile to the far side of the building across the street. There’s a locker room but you need to bring your own towels.
I would stay here again.

Convenient, Short walk to lift & town

This was a perfect place to stay with our party of 5. Parking was steps away so it was very convenient for us to load and unload. I don’t like walking in my ski boots but my son convinced me that the walk to the lifts was short enough that I could walk in them. We cooked every night. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. If you plan to cook make sure to bring your own spices etc. Also liked that there was lots of room to store our skis etc.at the entrance. The place was very comfortable and cozy. Only negative was that the internet was dodgy and it would take a while to refresh or would not work for awhile. I took it as a sign to get off electronic devices. I would choose to stay here again!

This condo has the best location! We were able to walk to the 6-person chair lift and begin our day. It was also very clean with plenty of space. Since it's owned by a company, it is lacking in some cooking supplies (not equipment - there's plenty of that). If you're cooking, be sure to bring all of your spices, coffee, oil...things like that are not supplied.
It truly is a comfortable and beautiful place to stay!

This place is a great bang for your buck! It felt very spacious. The layout was nice. The bathrooms were very clean. The jets on the tub didn't work which was a bummer but the tubs were huge. The upstairs neighbor plays television very loud, very late at night/pre-dawn hours. It made my baby wake up at night but the others could sleep through it. If you have a baby, just avoid them staying in the master bedroom. I didn't complain or anything because it wasn't terrible. There aren't any baby items but Great Western Lodging referred me to a baby item rental company which was very helpful. Also, the host's front desk person was very kind and allowed me to store my luggage in the office for a few hours since check out is at 10 a.m. I did have to pick up keys from an office and return them there. Seems like they could make this easier by installing a code lock or a key box instead. I did Breckinridge without a car and it was very easy to get around. I saw a fox in the parking lot! Very cool. The condo is within easy walking distance to restaurants, salons, the railroad park, the troll (don't miss the troll!) and the ice rink. There is also access to a pool and 4 hot tubs with this home. The swim area was beautiful and the pool was heated. Everyone on the premises was kind. Breckinridge exceeded my expectations and my kids had a fabulous experience. I would definitely stay here again. Be sure to take your own toiletries and laundry detergent. There was one packet of detergent upon arrival but my family stayed for nearly a week. Oh, consider a gold panning tour at the Lomax Placer Mine. It was super interesting and my family had a great time. The volunteers love what they do and are full of information. Also, the Impossible Tacos at Sancho's Tacos right down the street are awesome.

We loved our stay so close to the slopes! Especially during Covid, this condo is in the perfect location to ski a full morning, come back to the condo for a break, and then hand out for round two! Had to do a little work while we were in Breck for the week, so the den was a big plus! Close to town, comfy beds,And super clean… Thanks for a great time!

The location is great. The place is only a few min walk from Main Street and a few min walk from the Beaver run lift. Also, it’s only a 7 min drive to the grocery store.
Prior to our arrival I contacted management about a few questions, and they replied quickly. Check in and check out was easy and with no-contact.
