This warm and inviting one-bedroom, two-bath condo is ideally situated just a short walk from both the Quicksilver SuperChair lift and the heart of Main Street.

Inside, the condo offers a spacious, open-concept living area with a cozy stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen. After a day on the slopes or trails, relax on the private patio with peaceful wooded views. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a private en-suite bath. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.

The location is truly unbeatable. You’re just a 5-minute walk from the base of Peak 9 and a 7-minute walk to Breckenridge’s Main Street, filled with charming shops, restaurants, après-ski spots, and nightlife. Scenic hiking and biking trails, along with the tranquil Blue River, are just steps from your front door.

When renting at the Powderhorn property, you would have access to the Columbine Pool. The Columbine Pool is a shared complex pool; that is about a 5-minute walk from the unit.

**Columbine Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Open from Mid-November to Closing day of Ski Area**

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.

Great condo, great location. The condo was clean, remodeled, well-equipped, and we loved being on the 1st floor, and also loved having a second bathroom. Master bed was comfy, pull out couch less-so but that's to be expected. Easy walk to Quicksilver chairlift (even in your ski gear) and perfect location for walking around town. Hot tub/pool complex is just across the street, 2 minute walk. If you like to walk, there are plenty of sidewalks and little neighborhoods reachable on foot from the condo. Lots of restaurants and shops too! Great Western Lodging was easy to reach for any questions. We would happily stay here again. As a side note, if you are visiting Breck to ski, just be aware that the Quicksilver lift seems to be the most crowded lift because of its location - so coming back to the condo for a break midday could make for a long wait when you go back out if it's a busy time of year. That said, it's a great location for beginner skiers/boarders and for the non-skiers who want to watch, grab a drink, or explore the town. And if you get in line for the lift 10 minutes before it opens, you won't wait long and you'll have the ability to access other lifts to explore the mountain.
