Description

The Powderhorn condos are just steps across the stream from the high-speed 6-passenger Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 and only two blocks to Main Street. This fourth floor Breckenridge condo offers a vaulted interior with plenty of natural light and a peaceful wooded view from both decks. Take a look at the interior pictures and see for yourself the beautiful decor and furnishings. Some of the amenities include a rock fireplace, washer/dryer, and underground garage parking. The third bedroom is complete with an ensuite bathroom with his and her vanities. Guests enjoy a deck and a nice, forested view. Also, stay connected with recently updated, free high-speed wireless internet.

When renting at the Powderhorn property, you would have access to the Columbine Pool. The Columbine Pool is a shared complex pool; that is about a 5-minute walk from the unit.

**Columbine Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Open from Mid-November to Closing day of Ski Area**

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Accommodations were very nice! The only unforeseen downside would be that if your party happens to not be able to come in one vehicle, the parking situation was less than ideal. Although, the provided parking garage was 90% empty, we had to arrange (not easily) for overnight parking off-site (at least a mile away) at the cost of 35 per night. Otherwise, I would recommend this property!

Great Location, Lots of Space

Amazing location! Lots of room to spread out. Easy access from parking. Loved being able to see and hear the Blue River while the windows were open. Everything was very clean. There were some updated leather couches instead of the ones pictured. Will recommend and would stay again.

Clean and Excellent Location

Beautiful condo. View of snow covered pine trees through the cathedral windows. Very quiet and clean. New leather sofa, loveseat and recliner were a nice surprise (not in the pictures of the condo when we booked this place). We had a tiny issue with the fireplace, the pilot light went out, and the property manager quickly fixed while we were skiing that day. Excellent location for skiing, easy walk to the slopes, and easy walk to town too. We would be happy to stay again.

Nice stay

Nice location and easy elevator accessible which was nice. Room was clean, the outlet in the top bathroom didn't seem to work. But may just need to be looked at or replaced. Overall, was a nice place to stay and visit family. Enjoyed the restaurants and coffee shop in town!

Highly recommend this super clean and relaxing condo. The location was perfect - a bubbling stream behind the unit provided natural ambiance underneath the pines while at the same time all the amenities of Breckenridge were a short stroll away. We enjoyed access to the complex pool. Parking was easy. Also - we called about a very minor issue (certain lights didn’t work) and it was immediately addressed. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We did a last minute ski vacation (family of 5) and had a great time. Condo (4th floor) is short walk (5-8 min) to peak 9 Quicksilver lift and also short walk do downtown. Lift line can be busy first thing in the morning, therefore, get in line 15-min before open or arrive 30 minutes after open. We enjoyed the full kitchen and dining/living room.

Loved everything.
-Great location, walking distance to grocery, ski lift, sledding park, and downtown.
-Covered garage spot, we did not need to take the car to go anywhere.
-Spotless apartment, it had everything we needed.
