**Please be aware the HOA will be doing roof replacement for the Powderhorn Complex starting May 6th and is estimated to be completed early June. While the HOA will do their best, there will be impacts to parking and potential noise issues**

The Powderhorn condos are just steps across the stream from the high-speed 6-passenger Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 and only two blocks to Main Street. This fourth floor Breckenridge condo offers a vaulted interior with plenty of natural light and a peaceful wooded view from both decks. Take a look at the interior pictures and see for yourself the beautiful decor and furnishings. Some of the amenities include a rock fireplace, washer/dryer, and underground garage parking. The loft uniquely offers more livable space than any of the two bedrooms, complete with his and her separate bathroom vanities. Guests enjoy the gas grill on the outside deck and the nice forested view. Also, stay connected with recently updated, free high-speed wireless internet.

Location, location, location. Unit is by elevator, parking spot in garage by elevator, 5 minute walk to quick silver lift, 5 minute walk to main street. Contactless check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. The condo is actually more like a 3 bedroom even though technically listed as a 2 bedroom. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Living room furniture could use a refresh but that's about it.

Great location and check in process. Unit was bigger than we anticipated. The unit and garage parking spot were both right by the elevator which makes loading and unloading easy. Also easy access to the walking path to the lifts, only a 5 minute walk or 10 minutes at most with small kids.

The condo was everything it was advertised as being. Very clean and included everything we needed for our stay and cooking in the condo. Close walk to town and ski lifts. Once you get there, you don't really even need a car. Underground parking worked out well.

2nd time staying at Powderhorn. Access to Quicksilver chair is right across bridge. When done skiing, ski right down to bridge, a quick walk to condo. Condo is well appointed with everything needed to cook for a hungry lot after skiing. Quick walk into town for shopping, coffee, and nightlife. Has turned these midwesterners into mountain loving family. In spring can hear the creek running, so soothing.

Great location, walking distance to grocery, ski lift, sledding park, and downtown. -Covered garage spot, we did not need to take the car to go anywhere. -Spotless apartment, it had everything we needed. -Kids friendly area. -Unbelievable view.

Very nice unit, the extra loft makes it truly a 3 bedroom 3 full baths. Took awhile to figure the way to the bridge, but very quick walk to the Quick Silver Chair. The hot tubs were also close.

Enjoyed this location. Spring Break for my two kids and me with lots of space to spread out. Convenient access to the Quicksilver lift and the heated garage parking with elevator access to the 4th floor was perfect. The condo was well appointed with plenty of kitchen amenities to make the stay Just like being at home.

We really enjoyed Powderhorn C402 the week after Christmas 2017.  The unit is a short walk from the busy Quicksilver Lift where we could ski in/out and purchase lift tickets.  You can walk to Main, but, we took Uber given we had an injured guest with us.  The fourth floor unit was lovely in that the vaulted ceilings made the space feel light and roomy.  We thought we were booking a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit for five people, which was going to be tight.  The loft advertised on the web site gave us some comfort that our fifth person might get a semi-private space.  Much to our surprise, the loft was lovely and we stayed up there as it had a full bath and laundry room (new washer and dryer) with nice views of the mountains and trees.  Each room (three) has a private, full bath and plenty of closet space.  The couches and recliner are very comfortable after a long day on the slopes.  The gas fireplace turns on with the slide of a switch and is quite toasty.  The unit is steps away from the elevator and has outdoor ski storage next to the front door, a nice spot inside the door for coats, boots, and keys.  The entire unit and kitchen is well appointed and very accommodating for a family (or two).  The decor has a lodge feel with log furniture and antiques, the counters are laminate, and the furniture is sturdy and comfortable, which is nice for a family with older kids that tend to lounge.  The space accommodates six people in beds. If you have littles, a couple could sleep on the floor in the loft and one or two short people on the couches.  We would request this unit again as it is a good value compared to other condos in the area.

Great spot and great facility. We enjoyed our home from home and after adjusting to the altitude we slept like babies.
Access was great too. Two minute walk from the apartment to the Peak 9 base and sledding too.
The pool and hot tub kept the kids amused in the evening and the walking distance to the town was definitely a bonus.
The apartment was very well provided for - a waffle iron too!!. Good basic stock of condiments and such like.

The unit and location were excellent. This was our 2nd consecutive stay in Powderhorn so we were familiar with the convenient location for ski in/ski out. The unit was well-maintained and well-stocked. The private washer/dryer was a real plus. It was very nice to have 3 full baths. Only a few points to consider: The mattress in the downstairs master needs to be replaced. It bows in the middle, and we are not large people. I cannot comment on the quality of the other mattresses. At least one of the four keys did not open the garage door which we would use to return from skiing. Finally, you might want to post a note that explains that the gas fireplace is controlled by the thermostat on the wall. We spent a long time looking for a separate switch. You can also pull down the grill and manually turn it on. All in all, a very nice unit and we would stay there again.

A small glitch (key not working properly) did not spoil a great weekend. We checked in late but received instructions as promised. The facility was outstanding and very well appointed and maintained. It is hard to select a property for rent from website pictures. In this case the pictures represented the facility very well. We will be back.
