Description

This corner unit is steps away from the base of the Snowflake lift and is surrounded by open space and wetlands. This second floor unit affords one of the quickest walks out to the Snowflake Lift. The living area windows offer a nice wooded view overlooking the chair lift, and provide plenty of natural light. The unit is finely decorated and has all the amenities, including a spacious floor plan with in-floor radiant heat, complimentary Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, TV and DVD player, two private decks and much more. Underground heated parking, fitness room, shared gas grills, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this appealing unit. After a hard day on the slopes or on Main street, relax in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Host was welcoming and very supportive. Unit was very clean, very hot water, fireplace and room heat was great. Great proximity to lift and free bus line. Onsite ski/board lockers and parking garage space was great. We would definitely stay there again.

The location to Snowflake ski lift is why this condo is perfect for skiers. Literally took 1 minute to get to the lift. There is a ski rental right by the lift, we did not know that before we rented our skis, would recommend that for easy pickup and return. The condo itself was great, clean and again great location. The only complaint that I had was the beds and pillows are not comfortable.

Nice facility snd true ski in ski out. If I had to pick one criticism, it would be to get new mattresses for bedrooms. Otherwise, we had a great stay!!!

Great Ski in Ski out Condo in Breckenridge

We really enjoyed the place (stayed in late December 2023). There were 6 of us who stayed so it was probably too big for us, as we each had our own beds (there are 2 sets of bunk beds, a king bed, a queen bed, and a pull out couch). Easy access to the snowflake life, a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, three bathrooms, outside patio, and the condo property having two hot tubs (one inside, one outside) as well as saunas are some benefits of this location. Some minor complaints we had were with parking (only permitted one spot per group) and a very small complaint that there wasn't enough couch space (two recliner chairs and one couch that can comfortably fit 2 or maybe 3). Overall, great place that our group would totally stay in again.

This place is great. Comically close to the snowflake lift. Hot tubs and sauna in the building are great. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking materials. My only complaint of the quality of the mattresses in the bunk room. They are old, thin putting spring mattresses and are a bit worn out. Everything else is great though. The in floor heating is also a nice touch.

Super convenient location. Steps to the snowflake lift. Steps from two ski rental places. Clean rooms. Nice views. Well-equipped kitchen. Balcony with a grill. Jacuzzi and sauna in the building. All you need for a ski vacation is here.
