This two bedroom with loft provides a cozy atmosphere for your next Breckenridge vacation. The property is just three blocks from downtown, and ski-in/ski-out to the Snowflake lift! Guests enjoy this comfortable floor plan which offers a vaulted living area, gas fireplace, a private deck, and washer/dryer. After a hard day on the slopes or on Main street, relax in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna or steam room. Underground heated garage parking, a fitness room, shared gas grills, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this appealing ski-in/ski-out complex. Town and ski area bus stops are also located right at the base of the chair lift.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great ski-in/out location. Loved the ski lockers in the garage. Appreciated the heated garage. Indoor hot tub and steam room a huge plus! Interior was a little worn but assume that is why the price was affordable for the size. Thanks!

Awesome location for ski-in/ski-out (unfortunately lacking snow limited the ability to ski-in due to runs to the condo being close). Condo has a lot of space. We had 4 adults but could sleep more if open to the two pull out beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was very stocked and everything was accurate to the description. Great amenities including the gym, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Excellent location — just a short walk to downtown and also a beautiful trail right beside. Would stay here again.

Great location

property is conveniently located near slopes and downtown area. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to cook our meals. Also plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc.. We would definitely stay again.

The place was in a beautiful area, with a creek right behind the building and visible from the balcony. There was a nice trail right outside the front door. There was also a ski lift right outside the front door (we visited in the summer but this would be very convenient for skiing). It was close to town and we could walk to the gondola station easily. We would stay there again.

This condo was very nice. The location could not be better if you are wanting to ski in and out. Bus stops were also right out the door. If rentals or a ski shop is needed it is only 50 feet away along with a lift and ticket office. All the doors plus ski locker are combo locks so your entire group can access. Plenty of garage parking. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for a weeks stay.
