Good spot!

Heated parking, steps from Snowflake lift, easy walk to Main Street - ideal!

Great location, quiet and nice condo. Right next to a creek, trail and ski lift and just a few minutes walk from downtown. The deck overlooking the creek is a bonus. Condo was clean, well furnished, although a little darker than the pics . The private shared and heated garage is convenient and has luggage carts and easy access to an elevator.
Cons: The main floor bed is pretty firm and not that comfortable. The other is the "heavy hand" of the management company. The communication from them was dominated by language about all of the rules and how they will punish you if you violate them shouting at you in all caps. Then, they present you another sheet to sign at check-in to further sign and acknowledge their rules and punishments. I felt like a little kid being talked down to. There was little communication about what to do in Breck, or how can I help you enjoy your stay, or even check out. Unfriendly and off-putting.

Great apartment! Love the layout with separate upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Our favorite part of Breckenridge due to proximity to the trailhead at snowflake chairlift.

Great condo next to Snowflake Lift

This was our second stay at Riverbend Lodge but the first in this particular unit. We were really happy with the bedrooms and the second bedroom in the loft made it feel more spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc so it was easy to eat in. You can’t beat the proximity to Snowflake lift either!

Lovely location

Loved the place! Was a great location to the lift and 4 o'clock run. Even better was the heated, well located garage! The place was great and hope to rent there again.

What a wonderful place to stay for our annual ski trip! The condo was very inviting and a perfect layout for our group. It was so nice being right next to a lift and a short walk from a bus stop. The hot tub was a must after a long day of skiing and having a fireplace made the condo feel so cozy. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely look into staying here again on future trips!

A great place to stay! Right next to the Snowflake lift that can easily get you to anywhere on the mountain, a short walk to town for food and drinks, the space also had plenty of room for us all to spread out. Will definitely stay here again!
