This spacious Rolling Ridge Retreat, hosted by Great Western Lodging, offers more than 2,000 square feet of comfortable mountain living in a beautiful multi-level townhome. The mountain-modern décor, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and gas fireplace create a warm and inviting gathering space, while the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to large group dinners. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the crisp mountain air, or head downstairs to the private, fenced-in hot tub for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure. The lower level also includes a California King primary suite, private patio, washer/dryer, and plenty of family-friendly amenities, including two cribs, a sound machine, children's dishes, and bed bumpers. With multiple private spaces throughout the home and an open-concept main level, this retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and time together.

Enjoy the convenience of a private garage with dedicated ski and snowboard storage, making it easy to keep outdoor gear organized and out of the living spaces. The home's multi-level layout provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Located at the base of Wildernest in Silverthorne, this home is ideally situated for exploring Summit County. Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland Ski Areas are all within a short drive, while Dillon Reservoir offers kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and spectacular mountain scenery in the summer. Nearby hiking and mountain biking trails provide year-round opportunities to experience Colorado's outdoors, while Silverthorne's restaurants, shops, and amenities are close by.

Elevator Access: Please note—there is no elevator access. Multiple flights of stairs may be required outside and within the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect and we had clear instructions from the get go on how to get in, etc. my favorite part about this was the amenities and extras they had for families with kids and young toddlers/babies. The games, toys, and baby gear available to us right in the Airbnb made our trip so much easier and more comfortable. The hot tub was perfect, the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, and all of the rooms were perfect. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Short But Sweet!

Fabulous spot - centrally located to all the nearby ski slopes as well as an array of restaurants! The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed including a private hot tub and garage space. Loved this place and would most definitely stay there again!

Spacious condo in a great location

Great condo for couples, family or friends. The bedrooms are huge and the living space is nice and accommodating. Very nice to have 3 1/2 bathrooms, too. Easy in/out through the one-car garage. We didn't use the hot tub but it was nice to know it was available.Our only wish was for more comfortable beds -- the mattresses were too soft and the pillows too thin/hard.

Our Airbnb was great!! We stayed here for our wedding weekend and there was more than enough space for 3 couples and all of our wedding stuff. The place was comfortable and close to everywhere we needed to be, including restaurants, the pavilion and Lake Dillon. The hot tub was also a nice addition. Host was responsive and answered all of my questions. Would certainly recommend it!

Great space for our family gathering. Place was very well equipped and we enjoyed nearby skiing and snowshoeing. Only surprise was that there were only 2 parking spaces available as this was not in the listing. Mgmt company initially told us we’d have to park our third car offsite (options were limited) but then provided us with a permit for onsite parking so it worked out. They were also great about providing a pack ‘n play and high chair for our use. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was perfect for our ski trip. Great location - central to lots of outdoor activities and surrounding cities for day trips and places to eat. Hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day and garage parking was appreciated in the colder mornings. Plenty of space and amenities - would stay again next time we visit!
