This property was extremely beautiful with a fantastic view, both from the master & downstairs bedrooms and hot tub. The convenience of the Snowflake lift chair being right near the back door granted us wonderful convenience while also being able to maximize our time at this gorgeous property. During snow season, the cherry on top was the heated garage. Everything was clean, and we were all pleased. Thank you!

The only negative about our stay was the unclear communications as to where we dump the trash. It says to take it to the end of the cul-de-sac but their wasn't a dispenser.

Best part about the stay was the location. It is truly ski in and ski out and is very close to the shuttle that takes you all over Breckenridge. The host was responsive and the home was cozy during our winter vacation.

Great property. Location was nice as we could take a short walk into town or up the trail a ways to get to a nice reservoir that my kids enjoyed fishing at. Quiet location also.

Great place for a mountain getaway! House had everything we needed and it was convenient to downtown Breckenridge. Had humidifiers for the out of state travelers. We loved having the grill and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Overall 5 stars for the property itself. Clean and comfortable with stunning views of the mountains. Walk down to Snowflake chairlift and easy enough to ski back to as well. Check-in is in person at the office in town so be sure you get there before they close up shop. Staff were friendly and answered all questions with a smile. The adorable dog behind the counter was a bonus. We will definitely stay at this property in the future if available.

Our group of 5 had an incredible ski trip to Breckenridge and Keystone thanks to this wonderful home. It is a true ski-in and ski-out home, as long as the required trails are open; and every room is warm and cozy. Having a separate bathroom for each room made getting ready in the morning a breeze for our group. The hot tub is easy to use and the perfect indulgence after a full day on the hill. We will definitely be on the lookout for this listing the next time we visit!

Spacious and beautiful house. True ski-in ski-out property. One block away to the free shuttle and a 1 minute drive to Beaver Run chair. Close to everything yet very quiet.

This house is perfect for anyone looking to do some hiking around Breck in the off-season. The location is AMAZING, even better if you’re a skier!! The private hot tub was my favorite part and the house was overall excellent and very comfortable.
ADVICE: this condo does not have any extra sundries like spices or condiments. There are two coffee makers (keurig and regular) and everything you need to make coffee, but no coffee provided which I found unusual. Still, very small detail and there coffee shops and stores within walking distance. I’d just say go shopping before you arrive because it seems they clear out the entire house/pantry/fridge between guests instead of leaving things that are unopened and would be useful to the next inhabitants.

This was one on the best locations I’ve stayed on vacation. The place with clean with the exception of a some hair in the shower and in the master bedroom. The only thing I wish would be that we could leave the trash in the bins in the garage. You have to take to a dumpster, where there is a dig. That reads: BEWARE OF BEAR. So that kinda spooked me. Other than that the location is AMAZING, the views are AMAZING, and very peaceful. Please be reminded there is no air conditioning so you would need to open windows for air. But we didn’t mind, considering it was 40 degrees at night

Beautiful, spacious, clean home away from home with beautiful views and the peaceful sound of a rolling creek nearby. Highly recommend for a family (or 2 or 3)! You may get lucky and see the resident moose on a walk!

The condo was amazing, exactly like the pictures and better! Very roomy and well equipped. The location for ski in/ski out is perfect. You put skis on out the back sliding door and hop onto the end of Snowflake run which takes you to the bottom of Snowflake lift.
The location is wonderful and close to town. The heated garage is a bonus!!!
We arrived to Breck around 3:00 & tried to check in early but they said the unit wasn’t ready, so we got the keys at 3:50.
The hot tub wasn’t heated when we arrived so we turned it on & couldn’t get in until the next evening. The built in microwave above the stove was gone, so there was a tiny microwave on the counter. The TV isn’t a smart TV so you can’t watch your Amazon/Netflix, they should upgrade the TV in the living room. They have Xfinity with HBO and a blue ray DVD player. The beds are firm, could use new fluffy pillows and updated bedding. GW was helpful and sent a guy to take out trash that was left in garage. Overall, we loved it!!!!

Wonderful townhome in an easy to get to location, convenient to main street and a couple nearby lifts to hit the slopes easily. Bedrooms are all on separate floors with very nice main level kitchen and living spaces. Check-in and out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great. We had no problems. Our inly issue the whole week was that we were unprepared for the altitude but the welcome book even included information for how to deal with it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for our two small families. The kids loved the hot tub and their own space downstairs to play and watch movies. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and baking. The ski-in/ski-out was a great convenience. The trail to ski back in to the cabin was a little too flat and tough for the small kids but was no problem for the adults. Great location, a very short drive or 10 min walk which was ideal. We would love to stay here again!

Great spot! Professional hosts! Skiing-out is perfect. Skiing-in requires some effort along a flat cat track. Other than that minor inconvenience, no complaints whatsoever. Awesome stay for 7 people in February! Would recommend.

We stayed at this ski in/out thanksgiving week. The house is on the snowflake trail and snowflake lift is short steep walk / gentle ski down the trail. The season was early and the lift opened the 2nd day there and crosscut to snowflake trail on 4th day. House is also 5min walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. So location is perfect. View is beautiful from the house. Interior of house is clean, as described and comfortable. Kitchen has good amount of pots/pans and other items. At bathrooms were clean, soaps were minimal. Hot tub is nice, could have used extra towels. Some essentials like coffee and sugar were lacking.
