Sawmill Creek Condo 201

Great location, easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. Ski bus stop right in front and you can ski down the 4O’clock run to get home at the end of the day. Hot tub was lovely and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We had a great time!

The team at Great Western were nice and always responsive to my questions. The condo location was perfect. Walk out to bus stop, walking distance to Main Street and the gondola. Parking was covered so that was great due to some days being snowy. Would book again!

Clean and well laid out ski in condo. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the inside feels recently renovated. Will stay again on next trip!

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge with family. The location was super, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were great. Highly recommend - would stay again!

We loved everything about this place. It was clean, great location and it even had a cute Christmas tree decorated by the fireplace. Sadly, we checked out the same day we checked in due to severe altitude sickness. I strongly recommend you take time to acclimate before coming up so high on the mountain. We had fun in the short time we were there. Took pictures, made a few memories & now have a story to tell. The host was very understanding & even the girl I talked to was incredibly kind. While booking this trip I purchased travel insurance which I never do, because of that I was able to get some of my money back. Nickolas, with Airbnb was so helpful. I do recommend this place to rent to everyone looking…

Great location, convenient and perfect for a family. My only concern was the heating was off when we checked in and the apartment was freezing. It took 3-4 hours for the apartment to warm up.

Our stay at Great Western for Labor Day weekend was the most incredible experience! The condo was private, clean and had plenty of space for us to sprawl out and enjoy ourselves after long days spent outside. We always love keeping the windows open at nighttime when staying anywhere in CO, and it was the most pleasant surprise to get to hear the river running right outside the windows while we slept. My favorite part of this condo is the LOCATION! So walkable to literally everything. I can’t speak highly enough of this place - We will definitely be returning! :)

Amazing location - just a few minutes from the river, restaurants, bars. Was very convenient especially with a baby. Space was great for our group of 4 adults and a baby. Walls/ceilings are thin and we could sometimes hear neighbors walking around/ playing music but tbh didn’t bother us much. Hot tubs were nice and there was stream running through the apartment complex. Having to check in at a different location was annoying but it’s really close to the condo so not a huge deal.

Location was fantastic and space was wonderful; our only complaint was that it was a pain to pick up the keys at a different location at check in (as opposed to using a key pad to get in).

The condos in a very good location at the bottom of the 4 o’clock run. It is a ski in. But you either have to take the bus or walk to the gondola to get to the slope. That I misunderstood. It’s nice to be able to keep your skis, right outside your room in a locked compartment. The place is very cozy and Easily accommodated the two couples that were there.
We hosted our family dinner with seven people and it was comfortable around the dinner table. The host is very nice and I would recommend this.

We were very pleased with this place. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a holiday meal. The location was great because main street was just the next block over, and ski lifts were within a very short walking distance. Will definitely book again.

Location location location! This place was amazing! Literally steps from the Oktoberfest celebrations downtown. Walk anywhere in Breck from this beautiful condo!

Great, comfortable spot for our group of 4! Awesome walking distance to Main Street as well. Check in/check out was a breeze. Added bonuses were a coffee maker and Nespresso machine, 2 rocking chairs in the living room, and games in the dining room. Book it!

This is a great property. Everything that you'd need while away from home is here. Nice area to walk around. Our teen aged boys thought it was great, too! Very easy commute to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
