This spacious condo is complete with stunning views overlooking Park Avenue from the private deck and is newly remodeled with custom tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and custom bathrooms. At this Sawmill Creek condo, take a dip in the two indoor hot tubs, utilize the shared grills and get to park in a covered parking space. Just outside the complex is the nearest bus to take you to your next skiing destination. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay. Additional amenities include Free WiFi, covered parking and in-unit washer/dryer.

10/10 would stay here again. The unit was exactly as described, with plenty of living space and ideal set-up for two couples. Mere steps from the shuttles, a short walk to the town gondola, and as close as you can be to the 4 o’clock run if you’re skiing. Also very walkable to Main Street- Posted: 4/6/2025

We enjoyed our stay at Sawmill Creek. The location is great and the room was perfect for our needs. To be nit-picky, my only complaint would be the bedding needs to be updated, but other than that, the condo was comfortable and has all of the amenities needed to make one feel right at home!- Posted: 1/29/2025

This place is the PERFECT location. Steps to the main town area, right on the “ski in” portion of the “4 o clock run to town”’ which was perfect & a great ski closet.
The bus stop is right outside & was so convenient to take to the gondola.
It was spacious for 2 couples, the fireplace was perfect for below 0 temperatures and the beds were comfy.
Some notes:
1. As in other reviews the hot water runs out quickly but that is to be expected for an older building.
2. The elevators on big check out days (like Sundays) run VERY SLOW so make time before 10am to make a few trips if needed as the stairs are inaccessible in the winter.
3. The kitchen had 2 coffee makers & coffee filters…but no coffee 😂 so make sure to bring your own!
4. The door to the balcony did not lock for us (it was locked when we first got there but couldn’t figure out how to finagle it afterwards).
These were “non-issues” for us so I’d absolutely recommend staying here & hope to again but always helps to know IMO- Posted: 1/19/2025

Great location! Ski out but not ski in (5-10 min walk to the gondola) & less than a minute walk to main street! Easy check in and out, super clean, & parking is a bit tight in the garage so we parked outside. Only bad thing was the hot water goes cold quick in the shower.- Posted: 3/9/2022
