The condo was as described; very clean and a great location! We skied the 4 0’clock trail back home one day and it lead us directly to the condo! We will definitely look to book this place again in the future!
One issue to note, which I do not hold against the host. It wasn’t too big of an inconvenience for us but maybe someone with a disability; the elevator had multiple issues throughout the time we were there and the exposed stairs were blocked off due to ice. There is an enclosed stairway but would still be difficult for a stroller/wheel chair.

Upon arriving we did discover the fireplace was not working correctly. After sending a message in the early evening Jeremy with maintenance arrived the next morning and reviewed the issue and went to purchase the part to fix the repair, he can back later that day and fixed the timer which repaired the short in the fire place running consistently. I appreciated the quick response and glad it was repaired. Our group had a wonderful stay and it was very easy to walk to town especially with the snowy weather. Our skiers loved that the 4oclock run went right to the lodge and it was a quick walk to the gondola. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend for anyone who wants to be near Main Street!

We booked this condo for a ski vacation. The condo was very clean, and spacious for three single adults. Snow conditions were awesome so we could ski down on the 4 o’clock run to the condo garage. The Free Ride shuttle stops right out the door making the trip to peaks 7, 8, and 9 a breeze. We could easily walk to restaurants on Main Street. You have to pick up the keys from the management company . It’s not far, but it’s something to consider if you don’t have a vehicle. We enjoyed our stay. Only two things that were disappointing: the hot tubs are not very big. The pictures on line are accurate, we just weren’t able to use them because they were in high demand. The bedding is dated and worn. An investment in some high quality bedding would make a huge difference in the total package. Overall it was a great condo and we would consider it again on our next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was really close to downtown. Great balcony and view of the mountains. Really enjoyed the open space to relax and visit.

Nice Blend of Urban Convenience and Comfortable Living.
This wonderful condo offered proximity to the heart of town and comfortable living space. The layout provided an ample amount of space for two adults to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. Whether we were looking to unwind after a day exploring or simply enjoy a quiet evening in, this condo has all the room we needed.
The location is undoubtedly one of the standout features of this condo. Being close to town allowed us to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions with incredible ease and made our stay even more enjoyable. 5 min walk to the middle of Main Street. Less than a 10 min walk to the gondola.

Overall great stay. Place was clean and looked like the photos. Walkable to gondola and to downtown. Only issue was that one shower drain was clogged when we arrived. We let them know the next morning and it was fixed that same day.

Perfect place for a ski weekend! Ski right down to the condo and bus stop to beaver run is a 30 second walk. Amazing location for both skiing and exploring downtown.

The location was great to ski right off the mountain and one block away from Main Street. The Airbnb had all you needed in the kitchen. Only complaint is that we could not get the pull out bed out of the couch. Overall great stay

Very nice condo with a great location. Walking distance to ski lifts and Main Street of Breckenridge . Very nice kitchen with all what we needed. Other that I hate carpet and this was dirty and smelly my whole family of 5 were very happy.
