We loved this condo! It was only two blocks from downtown and we walked everywhere. The beds are extremely comfortable and all of the funishings are high quality. We especially appreciated the fireplace, because it was a bit chilly during our stay. We will definitely come back during future trips to Breck.

Great location for quick walk to main st. Free bus picks up for 2 min ride to Gondola directly across st and you can ski directly back to the building. All good

This condo was great for a family with kids. Plenty of sleeping space and a large family room and dining area to play games and hang out. Walkable to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Loved this place!

Great Western Lodging staff

Great location, very comfortable, warm and cozy with a lovely fireplace. The unit was clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathrooms well stocked with towels. Had trouble getting into the unit when I arrived late at night, but Jeremy (the mgr) responded immediately and offered to come out to assist at that late hour, in the cold, and came to check on me first thing the next morning. Only downside, if any, could hear the upstairs neighbors as if that unit lacks carpeting. Great trip to celebrate my nieces 35th birthday!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - we took full advantage of skiing down 4 o’clock run which lead directly back to our bnb. What an awesome spot for a ski vacay!
5 minute walk to the gondola, 3 minute walk into town and restaurants - recommend trying ‘Downstairs at Eric’s.’
We also loved the living room area, especially the gas fireplace. This feature really makes the space cozy and feel like a unique cabin home away from home.
If I were to make one recommendation to this host, it would be to place hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms. The simple bar of soap without a soap tray is messy looking.
10/10 would recommend!
If you need an extra parking spot, the ice rink parking worked great for our second vehicle, though it would have been nice if the host could have offered a second spot to park on the premises.
