Description

Recently remodeled, this two bedroom Breckenridge condo has a great layout where you and your family can sit back, relax and enjoy your time. In the living area, there is a brand new large flat screen TV as well as a gas fireplace. Through the windows you will see great views of town and the mountains. This is always a nice view, especially when you are getting ready for your morning runs. Other amenities this unit provides is a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, ski storage, access to the common area indoor hot tubs, shared grill and a covered parking space. The Sawmill Creek complex is just 20 yards away from the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block into historic Main Street. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

This was a cute, cozy, and comfortable place. Easy to park and easy to walk to town.

This place is perfect for a family of 4, with one bedroom having a king bed and a second bedroom having 2 double beds. There is an additional pullout sofa in the living room, but with only 2 bathrooms, the space would be a bit cramped sleeping more than 4. The unit was beautiful and very walkable to the bus stop or a bit further to Peak 8 and 9 lifts. It is also a very short walk to mainstream, which has a ton of bars and restaurants. The only concern with the unit is that it's very close to the elevator, so while sleeping in the bedroom with the king bed, the noise from folks using the elevator was a bit bothersome.

Perfect location to walk anywhere in Breckenridge! Enjoyed being able to ski all the way back to our condo in the afternoons. The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 4!

This is my second stay at this location. Great price, cozy and clean with a great location. I only wish we could have left the key in a Dropbox at the location instead of driving back to the main office. Highly recommend!

Great location!! Walking distance to Main Street and shopping if you don’t mind the cold. The condo has everything you need including enough pots and pans to make a full meal. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to sit, relax and eat a meal together. We would stay again.

Lovely condo and amazing management company! Bent over backwards for us and really made our trip very special. The location is right in the middle of everything you could possibly want. You can ski down right to the condo building.
The condo was really nice! The rooms were nice and dark in the morning which we loved! The beds were super comfy. Well stocked place, and not one thing was missing.
Thanks for everything!!! We for sure will stay again the next time we are in Breck!!

Great location - loved being able to catch the bus right out front to get to the slopes and skiing back right to the door was perfect! Super easy walk to Main Street to eat. Comfortable condo. Overall this was one of the best trips we’ve had with great skiing and a great place to stay!

Amazing stay with an even better view. You can walk to all the restaurants and bars on Main Street. The fireplace at night was amazing while cuddling up on the couch.

Great location close to main street, efficient check-in and check-out process, convenient and comfortable for 4 people with an excellent supply of kitchen pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Plenty of covered off-street parking.

Great location. The rental was cozy and the location was awesome. We loved that we could walk Main Street and the gondola is a 6 minute walk. The Four O'clock run ends right outside so you can ski in. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely return.

Our four night stay with Great Western was absolutely perfect! The place was extremely clean and exactly as described. Our group loved the convenient location and the ability to ski in from 4 o’clock run. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, which was very handy. We did not run into one issue and would happily recommend this location to family and friends.

You cannot beat the location- close to Main Street as well as easy access to shuttles to ski slopes. Great view from the balcony. Generally comfortable but the decor is a bit dated. It’s a great value for this location.

You cannot beat this location with a quick walk to town and a convenient shuttle stop right out front. Not to mention you can also ski in. We had a wonderful time and will most definitely be back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here at Great Western!! The location was amazing and walkable to the cute town or Breckenridge. It was easy to access due to elevators for your luggage. There were pots and pans to cook with and everything you needed in the kitchen. The fireplace is what made it for me. It was such a warm and cozy cabin feel. We will absolutely be back!!

Great space for our weekend trip and it was a very close walk to downtown. The free shuttle stop out front was a great perk! The only part that wasn’t ideal was that the room only came with one parking space.

Perfect for our family. Good common space, everything was very clean, and there is a really nice spacious patio with a view. The location was perfect - the very quick walking distance to Main Street made it easy for us to leave the car keys and explore all weekend. It looked like there was a ski in trail adjacent to the parking lot as well. There is a bit of noise from upstairs unit and proximity to the elevator, but was completely fine.
