Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located! It is a short walk to Main street where we enjoyed shopping and restaurants. We had 8 adults in this unit for 2 days and had a wonderful time!

First time to Breckenridge. Accommodations were 5-star. The space was great for our family. Loved the location — walking distance to town and a ski trail that takes one from the top of the mountain literally to the front door of the condo complex. Would totally request this condo on a future visit.

Perfect location to be able to walk to town for breakfast or dinner, and still be able to take the last run of the day and end up at our doorstep. The place was well equipped and we had a wonderful time.

This was a perfect fit for me and my adult kids and grandson. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the cool mountain air. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the condo. Very clean. Inconvenient to check in and out. I think keys should be at the property. Parking was expensive. Our party had two cars and had to park second car a mile away and pay 20 per day. But we had a fabulous stay and a great time. We would come back again.

Great condo! Very spacious and clean, updated & welcoming. Very convenient location to downtown Breckenridge shops/restaurants and also walkable to the Gondola. Additionally there is a bus stop nearby for easy ski / mountain access. The outside deck gets warm afternoon sun, which is lovely any time of year.

Perfect for our family of 4 with younger kiddos. They loved the loft as an escape to relax. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. Grateful for the in unit washer and dryer! The place was easily walkable to coffee, restaurants, ice cream, small arcade, tons of shops and within a 5 min drive to ice skating, grocery stores and more. Such a delightfully quaint and welcoming town. Will be back

Great location, short walk to downtown and the gondola. Bus stop in front of condo if using bus transportation, but we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teens). Ski storage closet just outside the condo entrance (3rd floor). Use of the fireplace was easy and great for staying warm.

The location was good - an easy walk to downtown Breck for dinner. True ski in but not ski out, though the shuttles came every 5 mins in front of the property and dropped off at the lift or gondola. The property was clean.

This location was fantastic! Walking distance to everything and very easy to navigate on the free Breckenridge bus line. Place felt cozy as every area was well utilized but also spacious due to the layout and with the loft. Was a perfect spot for a girls ski trip and we would definitely visit again!

Stayed here 5 nights mid-January. Condo was as advertised, very comfortable with a broad range of TV choices via streaming. With the bus stop across the street and the option to ski in literally to the condo entrance I think this is one of the best locations in all of Breckenridge. Also, a very short, flat walk into town. Ate dinner at Rootstalk, Radicato, and the Carlin. All three were excellent. The grill at Pioneer Crossing on top of peak seven has the best food on the mountain. Two good bars, the Gold Pan Saloon, and Breckenridge Taphouse in town. While the kitchen was otherwise well equipped, the pots and pans should be replaced. Called Great Western with some issues regarding missing condo items and they fixed things right away.

We had a great week in Breck at this condo (family of 5). It felt so homey, and we enjoyed celebrating Christmas by the fire. It was more quiet and private than expected for the central location. We walked to Main Street for shopping, extra groceries, and pizza/game night at Eric’s; walked to the Gondola; caught the shuttle right across the street to the Gondola; skied home on four o’clock- a little bit of everything! The kitchen supplies seemed quite new, and we had everything we needed to help us make dinners at home. Would rent again!

This location was great and the staircase/loft was even more charming in person. It has a cozy feel and is in (very) easy walking distance to Main Street. We reached out to the host while there and they were very responsive and made it easy!

Overall this is a great condo. The location is perfect with easy access to the main areas of Breckenridge. The living room is a little tight if you want to have a family movie night. Also, there was a lot of dust under the beds and furniture, but the rest of the condo was clean. There building was having the roof replaced and that would have been nice to know before booking the condo. This unit is on the 3rd floor and the roof work was very loud throughout the day.

Had a wonderful stay at Sawmill Creek! Staff was friendly and responsive, the unit was clean, quiet, and close to everything, and the communal hot tub was a great thing to come home to after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of town. The end of the four o’clock run is literally at the entrance to the building, which was great for tired legs after a long day of skiing. To get to the gondola it’s about a ten minute walk. I do not suggest walking to the snowflake lift as it is all uphill. The buses in the area were constantly full so the quick level walk to the gondola was great. Hot tub was a huge plus. The condo itself was clean and well stocked. We cooked most meals at home, though there is a great selection of restaurants in town. I would certainly stay here again as would the rest of my group!

Awesome location, walk to everything. Four o clock run ends right at the entrance to the condo. Clean and had lots of cooking essentials. Pretty toddler friendly, both bedrooms are on the first floor, really wish there was a crib or pack and play option as parents trying to find sleep arrangements for a baby/toddler can be very stressful. Games and puzzles were a nice touch. This place is great for any season.

Absolutely loved staying here! Had a perfect view of the fall colors. It was an easy process to check-in and check-out. The space itself was great. We had 8 girls staying there and it didn’t feel cramped at all.

Sawmill Creek was everything we expected and wanted. We had a 2 bedroom & loft unit with 2 bathrooms unit for 8 of us and it was perfect. The unit was very clean, well stocked with plenty of towels. Everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. The loft area was a little warm, but it was also warmer than usual during our stay. With the backdoor open, it cooled down nicely and was comfortable at night. The best part of Sawmill Creek is the location. It's 1 block to everything downtown - restaurants, shops, breweries, activities, etc. It's about 3 blocks to the gondola. 20 minute drive to Frisco which is a cool little town. Look up the Vail Pass bike ride with mountainsports - that was a highlight of our trip along with many hikes. Only negative is there is occasional traffic noise at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!! Loft area is a bonus extra space. Ski rental across the street. Walk to gondola or snowflake or take shuttle out front to start you day and ski in on 4 o’clock run. Balcony space is great! Highly recommend this unit!!!
