great location. clean, perfect sleeping arrangements for 4 adults, 2 kids. Management responded promptly to requests.

We had a great time here. Positives include the parking and roomy condo. We wanted a late check out but were not granted one.

Thank you Todd for your review! Unfortunately, we were not able to accomodate a late check in because we had guests arriving the same day of your check-out. Therefore, we needed our housekeepers to get into the condo asap to get it ready for the next guests. We apologize for that! We typically are able to accomodate late check outs for most of our guests, as long as we do not have a back to back stay.

Excellent location for skiing, bus stop to slopes right outside door and the buses run frequently, really convenient. At the end of the day, take 4 O'clock slope right to condo. Ski rental right across the street. Cross the street and down a short path and you are in the center of Breckenridge village- location could not have been better.
Condo has good space. Some of the beds could have been more comfortable but overall nice unit with 5 beds and pullout couch. The indoor hot tubs are nice and very accessible.

The condo was very conveniently located to Main Street so walking to eat & shop was easy. It was generally well-stocked but our only complaint about the kitchen was the lack of coffee filters. We have stayed in/owned many rental condos and always travel with or shop for necessities (coffee) prior to arrival. We had to make a second trip to the store to purchase coffee filters (a pack of 100 for a 3 night stay). This is such an inexpensive item to provide. We did appreciate the shampoo/conditioner/soap supply. As mentioned in a previous review, the primary bed (queen) in the second bedroom has a mattress that should have been replaced 5 years ago. It is awful. It is sagging/worn out in the middle and cannot be used by a couple. The condo was very clean but overall very dark. We would stay there again due to the convenience of the location.

I have stayed in this complex two years now. The location is great. We had a rental car but never used it as you can easily walk to town for food and shopping. I would recommend ski rental from Christie Sports lone star location just across the street. Bus stop is just outside and two minute ride to gondola or nearby lifts. The four o'clock ski run ends at the parking lot! Unit is not updated but is well kept and serves its purpose well. Management was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Short walk to downtown. Convenient parking. Shuttle a few steps from entrance. Condo is laid out nice with ample bedding to easily accomodate8-10 people. Kitchen well equipped. One negative note-- one bedroom has two double beds- one has a mattress that is AWFUL. So useable bedding is only 6-8 persons. This condo would rate a 5 if it had a decent second bed mattress in that bedroom. I would recommend this unit with that limitation.

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge over the holidays and really enjoyed this condo. Sawmill Creek is a great location, close to downtown to find places to eat, and also nice that it is ski in. The only downside to staying here is the hot tub is not outdoor - but the good outweighs the bad and we would definitely enjoy staying here again!
