Located just one block from Main Street and within 20 yard of the base of the Four O'clock run, this delightful two bedroom plus loft / 3 bath condo is an affordable choice among Breckenridge accommodations. The fourth (top) floor location affords a vaulted interior, a gas fireplace and nice mountain views from your private deck. The building is furnished with a covered garage, shared gas grills, one covered parking space, indoor hot tubs and an elevator. Recently redecorated for a modern mountain fee.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

We had the best time this year! Our condo was in the perfect location, we stay every year! We enjoyed zip lining at Top of the Rockies, we did a float with Performance Tours, we loved shopping the Sunday market, shopped Main Street pretty much everyday (Marigolds & Ruby Jane's are my fav), had delicious dinner (always a crowd favorite at Downstairs at Eric's), I Scream Gelato (Caramel Cream), The Crown for iced vanilla latte coffee, Clint's for morning bagels, rode the gondola up, hiked McCullough Gulch, and enjoyed Music by Eugene-music.com in the Main Street nook! It was the best!!!!

This is a perfect place for us. Has everything we need in a great place that is easy to walk to Main Street using a wheelchair (meaning no big hills). This building is the best location. The only thing I would add to this condo is throw blankets - thankfully we brought some of our own. We will be back here for sure!

Great location. Loft was cool for the kids upstairs. Kitchen is pretty basic but we ate out for most meals so no big deal.
