Located just one block from Main Street and within 20 yard of the base of the Four O'clock run, this delightful two bedroom plus loft / 3 bath condo is an affordable choice among Breckenridge accommodations. The fourth (top) floor location affords a vaulted interior, a gas fireplace and nice mountain views from your private deck. The building is furnished with a covered garage, shared gas grills, indoor hot tubs and an elevator. Recently redecorated for a modern mountain fee. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

This was my second trip to Breckenridge and second stay in the same condo. Overall very nice and great location. Some things are needed. TV does not work in living room. Fans needed for every bedroom. Beds could use an upgrade.

Make sure your rooms face away from the busy, noisy street side! Spacious and comfy but dated, but who cares? You're mostly outside anyway. Steam shower didn't work, which was disappointing.
Hot tubs were awesome!

Unfortunately, the homeowners association has elected to cut off all water to the steam showers throughout the building as the mildew was causing unit damages. I will notify maintenance to properly mark them as unusable, we apologize for any inconveniences.

The best thing about this rental is the location. We were able to walk to everything (it was the summer) we needed to except the overnight parking area. The next best thing is that we were allowed to rent it for two nights--where as a lot of rentals require a 3 night minimum stay. The price was reasonable.The condo is right out of the 70's, the WI-FI is extremely slow and if you plan to cook bring everything you need, including basics like salt and pepper. This was a little bit of a shock to us as the other places we have rented have always had some basic cooking supplies. Parking was a hassle too as we only received 1 parking permit so we had to take one car to an overnight parking lot a few miles away.

Sawmill Creek #406 is a little dated and in need of some repair, but it fit our situation so perfectly all of that could be overlooked. We have three daughters and one boyfriend came along. Three beds in the loft, a comfortable master bedroom, and a boyfriend bedroom could not have accommodated us any better.
We have stayed in the Keystone/Breckenridge area for the past 15 summers. The past four years we have stayed at Sawmill Creek due to its location and comfort. Next summer we will again plan on lodging with Great Western at Sawmill Creek. We may try to get #406 again--depending on how many boyfriends come along!! Thank you.

We love Breckenridge and have been there for 10 years or so. We love dealing with GW Lodging because they are very professionals and willing to help. I needed a two bedroom and loft apartment and I have stayed in that building before. I thought the apartment has a very nice layout and the loft was great, large and the bathroom has been renovated. The rest of the apartment is very dated, the rug and carpet are old and not in good shape, the walls have cracks on them and the kitchen and bathrooms are dated. The kitchen was not heavily stocked and the master bath was just ok. The steam shower was not working. Besides that we had a very nice time there, but I would probably not rent in that apartment again because of the things I said. In season they charge too much for this unit for the quality I was expecting.
