Enjoy this nice 2 bedroom + loft Breckenridge property located just 20 yards off of Four O'clock Ski Run and one block from historic Main Street. Guests really enjoy the covered parking spot and remodeled indoor hot tub area of the complex. This condo features brand new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, gas fireplace, flat screen television and cozy decor with a thoughtful floor plan. The vaulted interior and town views add to the appeal. This building provides shared gas grills as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

It was a very nice condo with everything we needed. The kitchen had what was needed for cooking with plenty of counter space. I am not sure about spices as we brought our own. This unit was on the 4th floor with a nice little patio to sit out and enjoy the mountains and nice mountain air. There were stairs out our door and the elevator was not far away. The hot tubs were great to soak in after a day of hiking or walking around town, which Main Street is a block or two away from the condo. There is a trail on the south side of the units that you hike up the mountain. See the pictures from the trail, including a moose. This place is definitely on the list for future trips.

The Staff was great in accommodating us for an hour early check-in; very friendly! It was great having CHRISTY SPORTS right across the street and a transit pickup right downstairs. The location was really quiet at nighttime (perhaps because we were at the end of the season). The only thing is that I wished it had more kitchen accessories and kitchen towels. Other than that absolutely no complaint. We would strongly recommend.

Great condo for a weekend trip

This condo has a great view over Breckenridge and is an easy walk to the gondola or town. The place was comfortable for 8 people and we had a great time!

Clean and awesome location.

This place has been loved hard... but everything important works. The beds, for a VRBO, are pretty good. Gas fireplace rocks! There is a bus stop just outside that will get you to Snowflake or Beaver Run very easily and then you can ski back on the 4 o'clock trail to that same bus stop. Amazing. Very close to downtown too. Good place - especially if you bring teenagers. Just one complaint: The trash can needs to be replaced. It was obviously a more involved type at one time, but the top has been modified and there are these weird pointy things at the top that make it essentially impossible to get the liner out without putting holes in the bag. Weird. I highly recommend for families.

Great location! Pickup location to ride the bus to the gondola is steps from the lodge. And you can ski down the 4 o'clock run to the lodge and walk 20 steps to the elevator! The main street Breckenridge is within walkable distance where there are numerous restaurants and shopping. The unit is a little dated, but it has everything you will need. The grocery store was a short 3 minute drive with a liquor store next door. There is a elevator, thank goodness because this unit is on the 4th floor. The view from the balcony is awesome! Beds are comfortable. Two full size bathrooms. Kitchen has everything...coffee maker, toaster, pot and pans, etc. I highly recommend this unit!!!

Very clean and cute condo. Amazing views. Easy check in/check out. Trail right from parking lot and one block off Main Street. Easy access/walking to restaurants, shops and hiking. Condo had many amenities in kitchen to make cooking easy during stay. Washer and dryer in unit was added bonus to help cut back on amounting clothes we needed to pack. Loft area and spiral staircase was unique and a bonus for space and gave a private feel as well with steps to look out onto mountains as well. Beds were very comfortable and host provided humidifiers in rooms for use (much needed). Covered parking and elevator also a positive - and walking to/from condo you cross a bubbling stream that runs through the property. Great stay! Highly recommend. We will be back!! Added tip- prep for possible altitude sickness. Never expected/thought of this - however if prepping prior to arrival you should be fine. If not - O2 bar very close for relief of symptoms! Nothing better than watching sunset from balcony and looking out at mountains. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice place to stay with 10 people. Location is one shuttle stop from the gondola and 3 minute walk to downtown area! There is a great bar speaker attached to the TV for music and you can connect our amazon prime account to the TV for anyone not skiing. Hot tubs were great.

Was a great stay, easily slept 8 people with room for more. Close location to town and skiing in at the condo at the end of the day was a huge perk. Comfortable beds and staff was easy to communicate with. One parking spot was a draw back however was clearly stated ahead of time and most things are within walking distance. Would highly recommend this place!
