This aprt was nothing but amazing, perfect. Clean , easy to access. Views were amazing, kitchen and bedrooms, restrooms, everything was super and beyond cleaned. I loved this place and I will for sure book again in February.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit furniture/interior needs and update. Its conveniently located near downtown, lots of restaurants, bars and things to do. There is a shuttle stop right next to the building.

Fantastic place! Roomy, cozy and quiet. Very clean! Parked the car in the garage and didn’t take it out the whole time. Easily walked everywhere! You can also walk to the free gondola to take up to peak 8.
Large clean hot tubs. Never had an issue getting one to ourselves whenever we went to use.
Would absolutely choose to stay here again!

A tiny bit dated but clean and generally very well maintained. There is some road noise but that is to be expected with this location which is close enough to walk to the Gondola and down town. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. . . except coffee grrrr.

The place was wonderful! Definitely ski-in (place is ON lower 4’oclock run), and walkable to the base of the gondola. Note! Kitchen is super clean, has necessary utensils, but definitely sparse in terms of spices or oils, so make sure to bring your own if you plan on cooking.
We loved it, and hopefully will go back!

This property was The best We have stayed. The location was perfect and every room had a great view. Almost 360 degrees around the mountain! Close to town, directly facing the historic downtown of Breck. We loved being able to see the International snow sculptures from our windows! The furniture in the condo was comfortable, the couch was bit worn but clean and placed well for conversation and tv watching. We only had to step out on the elevator and had a few short walks to reach any of the areas on Main Street. Fantastic location. The four o’clock run was right next door, easy to ski down for lunch and the end of the day. The bus stop at 4 o’clock made it convenient to catch a bus and go anywhere. The bedrooms had sufficient space with two beds each comfortable with dressers as well, there were warm blankets and comfortable sheets on the beds and a humidifier in each room. The kitchen was very well equipped, with cookware and good sharp knives. Which makes for family easy cooking.

This is our second time staying in this condo! We love the location…an easy walk to town and the bus stop for the mountain is right below us!!!

This condo is very walkable to town and ski in. Bus stop is only steps away for getting to Snowflake lift quickly. It’s well equipped in the kitchen, furnishings are a bit dated but overall it has everything you need & we loved the electric fire place. Bedroom lighting worked but could be enhanced to be brighter and new blankets would be suggested. All the shades work and heat is very efficient. Dryer should be checked out. It takes a long time to dry towels. The dishwasher didn’t work. We managed to find the manual online and reset it. Property management never responded to our call or email. We eventually ran into maintenance on the elevator a few days later. He was very pleasant and had offered to help, but we had it working by then. The view from the balcony of town at night lit up is wonderful.

Great location!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of room, water pressure in shower was good:-) walking distance to breck connect gondola, and the 4 o’clock run ended right at our condo!!!! Hot tubs were large and clean.

If you are hitting the slopes, this is the perfect location. The 4 o’clock run ends at the parking lot of the condos. Christy’s rentals is right across the street. There are two bus stops right off the parking lot of you want to use the free ride bus system, which is awesome.
The hot tubs were a much needed amenity after a long day of skiing. The condo puts you one street off of Main St., and everything is walkable. The covered parking comes in handy as well. While you are in Breck, check out Good Times Adventures for snowmobiling or dog sledding.
The check out instructions were very easy as well. Clean the dishes and take out the garbage is all you need to do. I will definitely be coming back to this spot next year!

Perfect for skiiing in and great location. I would have liked to have one extra parking spot though. I get that the rule is 1 per unit, but if all units are not occupied and there are extra, allowing us to pay to park. That’s the only thing I’d change.

Clean, bright and beautiful unit! AWESOME views. Has all the utensils, pans/etc for cooking anything you wish. There are humidifies available in one closet, as well as a slow cooker in the kitchen.
REALLY comfy beds, couch in living room and all chairs are also nice to lounge in and hang out.
Covered parking is available, although, if you have a large SUV - Suburban and up its a tight a fit to get inside the parking area.

The photos do not do this place justice. It's a corner unit, great space, and the beds are super comfortable! When I texted the emergency contact for the unit after doing a walk through and checking everything out and making a list of everything that may have been damaged or not working before we arrived they got back to me very quickly reassuring me I would not be charged for that. They were accommodating on many fronts and were very gracious! This is a great space and reasonably priced. 5 minute or less walk to main street. Perfect spot! Highly recommend!
