The location is very good, it’s right across the street from the gondola parking lot. it is also just a block from Main Street and all shopping. The facility is three stories and has a room for six people to sleep. The three stories helped in separating where people slept. Everything you need is in the condominium. Parking is at a premium in Breckinridge with ONLY paid overnight parking if you don’t have a designated spot. This condominium had a nice basement covered garage that included one space. We were all pleased with the condominium.

Great location! Comfortable stay. All beds are up a spiral stair case or 2, so keep this in mind. People who don't like stairs can stay in the main living area, there is a full bath there. One key gave us trouble. Otherwise, great accommodation, close to bus and gondola. Clear instructions for everything

We had a wonderful trip to Breckenridge for a wedding! Very centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to! Could use some additional towels for the longer trip, but overall would return to this spot again! Thanks for a great time!

We had a great stay! Loved how walkable it was to the main street. Only thing was the lack of air conditioning, but you just have to open a window at night and it’s fine.

Third Airbnb we've stayed in, best one so far. First condo we have been in also, the multi levels was actually pretty nice. Had plenty of kitchen dish wear, the only thing that was missing was a can opener. had to search in the middle of the night to find the trash building, but overall a good time. My wife said she had to download an app to do the laundry, I don't know what happened to just being able to just put quarters in. Like I said before, great stay, if we come back to Breckenridge, we would stay again.

Awesome location! Walkable to gondola. At end of day, ski down Gondola trail and walk half a block to Airbnb location - how cool is that? Kitchen had everything but food. Bathrooms were clean. Be careful on spiral staircase - not for everyone. Parking was easy and convenient. Walkable to restaurants and stores nearby.

Great location, clean and well-managed, kitchen had everything we needed including some extras (oliva oil, spices, coffee, aluminum foil, etc). The only frustrating part was key pick up / drop off was ~15 min walk from the airbnb - a tad annoying if you don’t have a car. Thanks for the great stay!

PERFECT location!!! When they say "one block" from everything, they really mean it! It was amazing to be so close to downtown and in walking distance to EVERYTHING! I will 100% be staying here the next time I go to Breck! :)

The location is perfect for anyone looking for somewhere close to Main Street and the gondola. Parking is limited, but luckily the location allowed us to park the car once and walk everywhere. The street noise is noticeable but expected. My family really enjoyed our stay!

We were VERY pleased with this condo. It's a fun layout with 3 levels and two "fun" spiral staircases. This is NOT a place for elderly people or people who are out of shape. Being a block from main street makes it a great location for a place to stay in "The Breck"!

Great location to walk into town. Not quite ski in/out, but very convenient. It's about a 3-5 min walk to the gondola, or you can take the shuttle bus to Peak 7, 8 or 9 from right outside the condo. Ski down 4 O' Clock end of the day and walk a block or two. The condo is very clean and nice. Note, except for the queen bedroom, it's very open, so if you're in the loft/daybed/pullout don't expect to sleep in very late when others are awake. I would stay here again.
