Located high up near Baldy Mountain, you can lookout towards town and watch the sunset over the Breckenridge Ski Resort. After a day of fun mountain adventures, unwind in the private hot tub and soak in all the views. This house is perfect for families who want to stay out of the bustle of downtown Breckenridge and enjoy some quiet seclusion close to the slopes.

Important to note, this is a residential neighborhood and quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are strictly enforced. Parties or loud groups will not be tolerated here. Please make sure all exterior doors are closed during quiet hours.

Inside, the property boasts a spacious and inviting living area, complete with comfortable furnishings and a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing or hiking. The main level is dedicated to the common areas including the kitchen, living room, and dining area. You'll also find the private hot tub right off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of countertop space and everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal for your family or friends. There is is also a gas grill off the back deck. The dining area comfortably seats six, providing the perfect space to enjoy meals together.

Upstairs you'll find the three bedrooms. The cozy Fox bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom boasts dual vanity sinks, and walk-in shower. The Moose bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed. Then the Bear bedroom has a twin bunk bed plus an additional twin bed. The second and third bedroom have access to the full bathroom upstairs too. Downstairs you'll find the den and another full-sized bathroom. The Elk bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, making this space feel like it's own suite. Every bedroom has it's own flatscreen TV.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, cable TV, high-speed internet, and sleds for the whole family. We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
