The condo was great ,was clean and had everything we needed for peaceful stay.
the only problem was that the combination they gave us for the hot tub did not work and upon calling Great Western going back and forth it took multiple days to figure out what was going on. They finally gave us a new combo# and instructed us that you have to hold the pound sign for the gate to open. which is something that I never had to do while using a electric combo lock and was not instructed to in the original instructions. Problem is after going through all of this we only got to use the hot tub for one day. I Express to them that I thought I should be compensate me something for the loss of the use of a hot tub.I booked It knowing that there was a hot tub. But after texting them they stopped answering the text. I still would appreciate some compensation for the inconvenience.

We do want to address the hot tub situation since we understand how frustrating that must have been. The access codes for the community hot tub are controlled by the HOA and are specific to each owner’s unit, so in this case we were waiting for them to provide the updated code for that particular property. Unfortunately that part is outside of our direct control, which is also why our general policy is that we don’t typically offer refunds for community hot tub issues.
That said, we did review the communication on our end and want to apologize if it felt like we stopped responding. Your request is still in our compensation review queue, and the last message sent indicated that it was being reviewed. We’ll go ahead and push your request to the top of that list so it can be evaluated as soon as possible. While we don’t usually provide refunds for community hot tub access issues, we are taking a special look at your situation given the circumstances.

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area with great vibes. It’s within walking distance to a delicious café (Haywood Café), a grocery store, and a fun local dive bar, which was super convenient. The only minor downside was that it was a bit farther from the ski lifts than we expected. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend staying here.- Reviewed On: 3/1/2026

We recently stayed at this beautiful townhome with another couple in Keystone for a ski vacation. We loved the quick drive to the slopes and also loved the convenient walk to 2 restaurants, grocery and ski shop. The home was well appointed and bedrooms were cozy and inviting with beautiful bedding. Another feature that impressed us was all the storage space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to unpack everything with room to spare - something we haven't always enjoyed in other rentals.
