The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It's fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes—perfect for preparing a hearty meal after a day outdoors.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed. The kids will enjoy the guest bedroom with a full over full bunk bed. Additionally, you’ll find 2 twin inflatable mattresses, if needed. You’ll appreciate 2 full bathrooms with everything you need provided for your stay.

At the end of the day, step out onto your private balcony to enjoy mountain views and fresh alpine air. Or relax and unwind in the building’s heated pool, hot tub, or sauna- perfect after a long day in the mountains.

Laundry machines are available in the building and there is dedicated parking space available right outside the unit.

You can’t beat the 3-minute walk to lifts at Mountain House-and the fact that you are right next door to Pizza 101 and The Goat. Direct access to Summit County Bike Path and several other trails are close by. As well as the shuttle/bus stop just 50 yards from the building. You’ll be able to access the short drive to Lake Dillon for kayaking, paddle boarding, or scenic picnics in the summer. Or go hang out at River Run Village and explore local shops, restaurants, and nightlife options nearby.

awesome place, about 3-4 minutes walking distance to lifts. the kitchen was so perfectly stocked with everything we could have needed. the bedding was comfortable and the place was very clean. a working vacuum in the unit would have been helpful. the unit is spacious with very convenient laundry, pool and spa right down the hall. we were so grateful to find this unit and it was a wonderful place to stay for a week, we highly recommend!

Great place to stay with easy walk to the slopes / Peru lift (and Keystone ski school). The place is on the ground floor but you need to go UP the stairs to get into the building, then down the stairs to get to the ground floor. However, if you have heavy luggage wait to check in first - you can park in the back of the building and walk from the parking lot to the living room door that goes outside to the patio and avoid the stairs easily from the car. Beds were comfortable and place had all the necessities. The only snafu we had was that the parking passes provided had expired - the team was responsive and we had no issues once we parked (I left our reservation information in the window in case of any issues). Overall a great place to stay, we would def. stay here again. Thank you!

What a great location if you are planning to visit Keystone Resort. It was walkable to Mountain Head and even to River Run. The main parking lot was full one day and they rerouted us to the North parking lot. It ended up being easier for our family to walk to River Run instead with our kiddos and stroller from our room instead. Place was as described and our kiddos loved the pool/hot tub being right down the hallway.
I do only wish the building had a ramp. Unloading kids and luggage up stairs can be difficult. Thankfully there weren’t too many stairs.

Great spot

This was a wonderful location. 5 minute walk to the lift, very well stocked rental (blankets, everything you could need in the kitchen, charging cords), sauna, pool, and hot tub 30 feet away. Management was very responsive when we had a problem getting into the building on our check in day.

Perfect condo!

The condo was perfect!! Very clean and fit our needs. It had everything one could need. All the amenities including the hot tub and sauna were much appreciated. Will definitely be coming back.
