Direct access to Summit County Bike Path and several other trails are close by. As well as the shuttle/bus stop just 50 yards from the building. You’ll be able to access the short drive to Lake Dillon for kayaking, paddle boarding, or scenic picnics in the summer. Or go hang out at River Run Village and explore local shops, restaurants, and nightlife options nearby.

Super close to the Peru Lift, the kids loved the hot tub and pool, after a day of skiing.

What a great location if you are planning to visit Keystone Resort. It was walkable to Mountain Head and even to River Run. The main parking lot was full one day and they rerouted us to the North parking lot. It ended up being easier for our family to walk to River Run instead with our kiddos and stroller from our room instead. Place was as described and our kiddos loved the pool/hot tub being right down the hallway.
I do only wish the building had a ramp. Unloading kids and luggage up stairs can be difficult. Thankfully there weren’t too many stairs.

Great spot

This was a wonderful location. 5 minute walk to the lift, very well stocked rental (blankets, everything you could need in the kitchen, charging cords), sauna, pool, and hot tub 30 feet away. Management was very responsive when we had a problem getting into the building on our check in day.

Perfect condo!

The condo was perfect!! Very clean and fit our needs. It had everything one could need. All the amenities including the hot tub and sauna were much appreciated. Will definitely be coming back.
