Description

Snowdrop 12 is a spacious 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Breckenridge. Plenty of hiking trails that are walking distance from your front door. Even better, you're just a short walk away from the slopes.

Enjoy the mountain breeze while sitting on the covered balcony. Or cozy up by the fireplace after a day on the slopes.

There is an alley kitchen that is semi-open to the living room, for everyone to be able to be together. The condo is equipped with lots of family friendly games. With both bedrooms upstairs, those who like to stay up doing puzzles and games won't disrupt the early bird skiers getting rest for a big day on the mountain.

While staying at Snowdrop, you'll have access to the newly remodeled Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs just steps away. There is also a heated underground garage and a private ski locker for your convenience. The Columbine Pool is a shared complex pool; that is about a 5-minute walk from the unit.

It's just a short minute walk over to Breck's famous troll, Isak Heartstone, via the Trollstigen Trail. In the opposite direction is the Burro Trail just beyond the Blue River. For even more convenience the Breck Free Ride bus stop is just across the street.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

We had a great family weekend at this condo. It was in a great location, so close to Main Street ,and was really cozy. You can walk down to the river right from the neighborhood. We saw a moose the day we arrived! The only hiccup would be the parking space they provide is in a garage and was too small for our car, other than that we have no complaints.

Overall I was really happy with the place! The problems are that it does seem to be just a tad bit run down and out of date. And when you type the address into Apple Maps it brings you to the place next door, the instructions on the location of the garage door were vague. After finding, I will have to say that was my favorite feature of this location! Having a heated garage is definitely nice to have in the winter times! I would definitely come back to this place!!

My family had a wonderful stay here while on vacation this fall. Location is so convenient to see the troll and all the shops and restaurants, and quick access to the highway to access the trails. The pool and hot tub were also so nice to have access to. I made an error in my reservation and the management staff were so quick and helpful to resolve it for me. I wouldn’t recommend this condo if you have young children though - baseboard heating, stairs, and the inability to childproof the cabinets made it challenging with my 1 and 3 year old. I didn’t realize when we booked this that it was a second floor unit, so lots of stairs just to get to the front door. Otherwise, a great stay!
