The condo was a perfect space for our family of 4 to settle in for a quick ski weekend. It was super clean inside upon our arrival, well appointed and was a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift and into town for dinner. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, close to downtown. Perfect size for a small group —we were two friends traveling and loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was spotless and well maintained. The gas fireplace in the living roomwas a lovely surprise. Although we did not use the gas grill, and the pool/hot tub were closed for routine maintenance, this condo has luxurious amenities that many don’t. The surrounding area has pristine views and magnificent vistas. And great hikes up VERY HIGH slopes!!!

Great location—just a short walk to the downtown shops. The pool and hot tubs were nice. However, the condo itself needs updates. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable—we could feel the springs digging into us. While making the bed, I found two springs actually poking through the sheet (photos attached). I called the office right away, and maintenance didn’t arrive until 4:30 PM. He cut the exposed springs and brought a foam topper, but it didn’t fit the king bed and couldn’t be used. He said replacing the mattress wasn’t possible during our 3 remaining nights.We also weren’t given the number of towels listed in the rental agreement—just 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels, and 6 bath towels for 4 people, 2 bathrooms, and 4 nights. My husband called the office the next morning—and three more times—but management never returned our calls. We travel often and regularly use VRBO, and we’ve never been treated this poorly. We’re not quick to complain, but we’ve never paid to sleep on a bed that should’ve been thrown out years ago or had to ration clean towels. Very disappointing.

The condo was comfortable and accommodating. There were a pair of dirty socks under the bed when we arrived. I feel that cleaning could’ve been a little bit more in depth.

The location was wonderful and the host was super friendly with check in. The home was very nicely remodeled compared to our stay at another condo in the same building. Only complaint was that the mattress could use an update and the noice of the neighbors walking around at 6am wasn’t too pleasant but not sure how we could have avoided that.

This is a nice condo; bathrooms are great!! The beds were a little soft for us but ok overall. The photos are a bit misleading in terms lightness and size but we were very pleased in general. Biggest plus: SUPER QUIET!!

We stayed in this location for 7 nights. It was located very close to downtown Breck. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs in between hiking and day excursions. The only complaint I would have is that the deck area is very small and not very private. The indoor space is updated and very nice, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great 3 night stay at this location in Breckenridge. Condo itself was clean and worked well for 2 adults and 2 kids. It looked just like the photos. Check in and check out we’re very easy. Location was great!

Everything about this place is exactly as described in the listing. the property is in the perfect walking distance right into town. the apartment/condo is exactly as it appears in pictures and then some. It is just the right size with all of the right amenities. We were able to cook comfortably and enjoy the porch regularly. Breckenridge is absolutely gorgeous and you'll never want to leave. We had a small issue with the toilet in the master, (the water wasn't running, easy fix) and the property management was prompt and efficient. also gave a great food recommendation for the BBQ in town. Absolutely would recommend. We only had to use our car when we actually left town to explore and adventure. Worth every penny and look forward to coming back.

Location was great. Unit looks like it has been remodeled. We had a great few days here. Only downside was it was hot in the unit and no AC. The fans they provided were a lifesaver!

Very nice, clean, cozy condo, perfect for our group of four people (all adults), and even better-looking in person! Five-minute walk to Main Street shops and restaurants, yet private enough to be away from the noise. The hosts were very nice as well and made sure we had all we needed. We definitely recommend it!

Place was absolutely incredible. Had all cooking utensils needed along with grill utensils also. Beautiful 2 bedroom place within walking distance from quicksilver chairlift. My friends and I had a great stay here and would recommend it to anyone travelling in to Breckenridge!!
