Whether you’re visiting for world-class skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort, scenic hiking and biking trails, or summer festivals, this riverside condo places you in the heart of it all.

Guests of Tannenbaum can enjoy access to the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center (offsite, located across Columbine Road) with an outdoor heated pool, 4 outdoor oversized hot tubs, and changing rooms. What a perfect way to end your long day of skiing or riding! (SEASONAL - SUBJECT TO SPRING/FALL CLOSURES). The Columbine Pool is a shared complex pool; that is about a 5-minute walk from the unit.

Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Very beautiful location. Unit actually has 3 full baths. Only downside was no elevator to the 3rd floor so carrying all we brought and gear every day was tiring

Beautiful View with easy access

The condo is as it appears on line. Most enjoyed the view from the sitting area. Bird watching occurred each morning. Five adults stayed very comfortably. Only 2 hot tubs working and they were full of many guests so did not use. Location is a very convenient walk to peak 9 and to town. Buses are free and also convenient

Beautiful place to stay in, the views from our lodge were amazing! Lots of things to do in the town close by, you can walk or take a short drive into town. We will definitely be coming back. My kids and family loved the stay there!!

We loved our stay at this location in Breckenridge. Loved the quiet forest view, spacious kitchen, and wood burning fireplace. The host had thoughtfully stocked just enough of pretty much everything we needed for our week in the mountains. Hope we can return and stay here again! Great stay.

The apartment was excellent for our group gave us flexibility off cooking at home or going out to the town which is close by, plus the bus drops you super close to the property.
