Tannenbaum By The River Condominiums are one of our most popular destinations with its convenient location near the ski area. Nestled in a wooded area, these units are right next to the Blue River that runs beneath towering Blue Spruce trees. Feel the true Colorado experience as you relax on your private balcony with the river running below.
Less than a five minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair at the Peak 9 Base Area, take a quick stroll over a bridge and start your ski day. When you're done ski down to the base and walk back across the bridge to the complex and take retreat in your unit. If nightlife is what you are looking for, it is a short walk to the Peak 9 Village and all of the restaurants and shops on Park Avenue and Main Street in the heart of downtown.

You will enjoy staying in this open, top floor, two bedroom plus loft and three bathroom unit which provides beautiful views of the Blue River.

The living room area has vaulted ceilings, an immense water-rock gas fireplace, two plush couches and side chairs that allow you to relax while watching a movie on the flat screen TV.

All units feature high speed internet and access to the on-site coin operated laundry facility. The common area deck is equipped with two grills and picnic area to accommodate any size group. Guests of Tannenbaum can enjoy access to the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center (offsite, located across Columbine Road) with an outdoor heated pool, 4 outdoor oversized hot tubs, and changing rooms. What a perfect way to end your long day of skiing or riding! (SEASONAL - SUBJECT TO SPRING/FALL CLOSURES).

Beautiful place to stay in, the views from our lodge were amazing! Lots of things to do in the town close by, you can walk or take a short drive into town. We will definitely be coming back. My kids and family loved the stay there!!

Backyard view and sound of the river was beautiful! You can walk downtown (not super close, but not too far) or the bus stop is nearby. Would recommend!

Great location and loved the sound of the river while relaxing on the deck. It was a fast and easy walk to town with all the spectacular restaurants and shops. Great value for a beautiful condo in a fantastic location.

Great place that has been well taken care of and updated. The view of the river was better than expected. Most places we went were a short walk away including downtown and hiking trails. I would stay there again.

Fantastic location right on the blue river which was running high and loud so we left the screened back door open to enjoy the sounds.
Nice, large place for 2BR + loft. Everything was as advertised and we had a fantastic stay!

We loved our stay at this location in Breckenridge. Loved the quiet forest view, spacious kitchen, and wood burning fireplace. The host had thoughtfully stocked just enough of pretty much everything we needed for our week in the mountains. Hope we can return and stay here again! Great stay.

While we try to provide flexibility when available for check ins and check outs, we do not always have that option when there is a check in and check out on the same day in a unit.

The apartment was excellent for our group gave us flexibility off cooking at home or going out to the town which is close by, plus the bus drops you super close to the property.
