The house was beautiful, almost exactly as described except we found out when we arrived that we couldn’t use the fireplace. (Owner’s rule). Everything else though was perfect and it was so lovely to wake up to the mountains and the snow. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The check-in process was easy and smooth! The location was perfect, close to Breckenridge. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The view was incredible. Definitely the best part of the cabin. Hot tub was wonderful. I wish it had a king bed. Other than that it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

We loved the cabin in Breckenridge! Nice neighborhood with lots of trees and privacy. Layout worked perfect for our family and we all loved the hot tub! We had a few cleaning issues but they were awesome and quick about taking care of it right away!! Would definitely stay here again!

My family requested a cabin in the mountains with a beautiful view and hot tub for our trip to Breckenridge. And this house delivered! We enjoyed the views each morning on the deck while drinking coffee and each night while hanging out in the hot tub. The location is perfect – just a short 3-minute drive south of main street. We loved the feel of being out in the mountains yet it being close to shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Breckenridge!!

A beautiful home with amazing views. The house is located just outside of town in Blue River with an amazing mountain/lake view. The home itself was in great condition but could use some updates to electronics and kitchen appliances, however, this did not prevent us from using everything as it was all in working order. We really enjoyed the porch, hot tub, and central location the most! We would return and feel this home was a great value compared to other options in the area.

Great location and views. Close to Breckenridge and Frisco, yet far enough outside of town for privacy! The house provided everything we needed except we struggled with watching the TV’s. It was so helpful having a washer and dryer in the house. The hot tub was a life saver on our sore muscles!! The views were beautiful!! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful. We had four people, and it was a comfortable stay for all. It was easy to check in, easy to find, and the views were beautiful. The hot tub was a wonderful amenity at the end of the day and worked perfectly!
It was a quick, easy drive (less than two minutes) from downtown Breckenridge; also easy access to hiking, shuttles, etc.
The washer and dryer were great amenities and there were several places to sit outside and enjoy the fresh Colorado air.
I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, nice stay in Colorado.

Great stay in the mountains! Driveway was a bit tricky/steep, there is no indoor fireplace as listed and no patio furniture or fire pit to use outdoors but otherwise it was a fantastic stay! The house was well stocked and clean, the hot tub was perfection for happy hour, and the views were STUNNING!!

Private, clean, well appointed and very close to town. The views from the hot tub were amazing. Bonus points for the heated driveway—absolutely would have been stuck during a snowstorm without it.

It was wonderful and lived up to expectations! Gorgeous views, quiet serene with the exception of hwy 9 traffic. We enjoyed to hot tip overlooking the lake across and the color changing on the mountains. Close enough to twin but away from the main area of town.
The house has three levels which gave
Some feelings of being tucked away and giving privacy. Beds were Comfortable, extra pillows and linens. Even have a few humidifiers which came in handy.
The only issues we had was the dishwasher left residue on dishes so we hand cleaned them as needed. We brought our own Apple TV so we had access to our streaming services, but the sound bar didn’t work. The internet was good despite being in the mountains, was able to stream and use my phone without a problem but laptop speed was slow. Normal for satellite internet service.
The office was quick to communicate and was quick to respond to issues, so was easy to work with. Had a really wonderful time would love to come back!

This places was beautiful; when you step out onto the balcony the Mountain view was unfathomable! The Jacuzzi was top-tier and the house was accommodating to our needs as a group. Very close to many things including Main St. and trails. One exceptional trail I’d suggest is the Spruce Creek trail, which is really close to the cabin, the reward for climbing the mountain was breathtaking & Gaia’s art was astonishing! Thank you✨

This home is in a gorgeous location with a beautiful view. The hot tub and balcony were a highlight of our stay and we spent a LOT of our time relaxing and just soaking in the beautiful surroundings...while soaking in the hot tub. The check-in was easy at the Great Western office. The home is lovely, though the floorplan is a little weird. The two main bedrooms are downstairs without a great view, and the bedroom with the best view is the loft, though it doesn't have a closet and the bathroom for it is on the main level. We still chose to stay in the loft, however.
Furniture was a little sparse with only one nightstand up there, no dresser, etc. The kitchen was well appointed, and the internet was reliable though pretty slow. But hey, in the mountains, it makes sense. Town was a close drive and we loved the time we spent at the property.
