This stunning, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom modern, mountain home offers breathtaking views of the ten mile Rocky Mountain range and is nestled in the Swan Valley location of Breckenridge on 2 acres.

Walk into the main entrance from the beautiful custom front door, or from the 3-car heated garage that gives guests plenty of parking space, to see a large open floor plan with dramatic vaulted ceilings, gorgeous windows with mountain views, high-end hardwood flooring, top-of-the-line custom finishes, a cozy custom-built fireplace, metal and stonework, and mountain modern decor. The huge living room located on the main floor has a custom-framed flat screen high-def TV along with a Super Nintendo, HBO, and Showtime, big beautiful windows that offer amazing views of the iconic Breckenridge mountains, ample seating including leather couches, and gorgeous custom stone fireplace. Walk into the open, entertaining kitchen from the living area that is equipped with a double oven, and large stove with hood, countertop seating for 4, and a large refrigerator hidden by the custom wood design that comprises the kitchen - the perfect space for a holiday stay with family and friends. Also on the main floor is the laundry/mud area that includes storage for ski equipment, and the large master suite with a king bed and master bathroom with natural sunlight from the windows, a walk-in shower, stand-alone tub, and his and her vanity sink.

The other bedrooms can be found on the upstairs part of the house, and are decorated with luxury furnishings, as well as access to the custom-designed bathrooms, and views from the huge windows. The second bedroom has a king bed, and a walk-out private deck to enjoy the crisp mountain air while enjoying views. The third bedroom includes a fun bunk bed making the room perfect for the kids.

While staying in this luxury home, relax on the massive deck in the hot tub that faces mountain views after a day of skiing or hiking. This home is located in a prestigious neighborhood of Breckenridge, offers privacy with open land to provide views, wildflowers in the Summer, and the magical mountain-side snow in the Winter. A car is recommended in order to get to and from downtown Breckenridge and the ski area - both only a 10 minute drive.

This was a beautiful place, as advertised. No significant complaints. We will definitely consider staying there again. It is ideal for cross country skiing, as it is on the edge of the Gold Run Nordic center.

Beautiful, clean home. Better than some negative reviews about lighting. Kitchen was well stocked. Only negative for us was possibly time of year and sun positioning but around 4pm until sunset the sun was so bright inside the house it was hard to get away from it since all living, kitchen and dining areas face towards the sunset. Some sort of remote control blinds would have been so helpful for the tall windows.

Beautiful home and fantastic views of the mountains. The home was perfect for our family. Loved the neighborhood and hiking trail steps from the house. We even saw a moose! Conveniently located for all the activities on our to do list. Great vacation!

I love being the person who books the airbnb for the group and hits a home run. Check in was seamless and accomodating, and the hosts didn't forget to add some convenient touchpoints. The house is incredibly spacious, moreso than the pictures suggest, and perfect for a group coming to and from the slopes (even if it's just a little bit of a drive). Had an adorable red fox chill on the back patio one night - he seemed use to having his picture taken. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Great spot for hosting a large group, and fantastic views out the back towards the mountain. Biggest selling point was that while Breckinridge is just a couple minutes away, the location has more privacy and is not crowded by neighboring houses, like other places we saw. Clean, very spacious, everything we needed to cook with was there, and the check in and out was very easy.

Gorgeous home with open concept! The wood burning fireplace was amazing and the view out the living room.......wow! Only a few minutes to the gondola parking lot for skiing and Christy’s sports is right down the road for ski rentals- couldn’t be easier.

House was amazing. Heated floors awesome. Views from the home are breathtaking. Hot tub was very clean. We did run out of firewood (which comes with the rental) and it took a full day to get more delivered. The house has no heat, heated floors did a great job however with temps in the teens the wood burning fireplace was welcomed. We did cook pizza is e oven above the fire place which was great.
