Great ski in ski out location! We were traveling with our niece and nephew, so we wanted a location that was convenient for jumping right on the slopes. The house had everything we needed and plan to stay again our next trip to Breckenridge.

Great location just 250 ft from 4 o'clock ski run. Short ski down to snowflake lift. Place was nice for us with 8 people, but some had to sleep on pull out sofa. Interior was clean but a little dated. Table had water stains and couch had lots of wear. Didn't really bother us. But when you pay this price i expect better. My biggest complaint was TV. Older not-smart TV, but there was cable/sat. With the cheap prices of TVs these days i would expect better. Over-all, we chose this place for location which was great.

Great condo, nice hot tub, fantastic location. It was clean and what I expected. I gave 5 starts for everything about the condo. I gave 4 stars for check-in because we had to go into town and get keys from the management team instead of going directly to the condo with a key-code (or similar). I would stay there again!

The townhouse was a fantastic property. Skiing in and out made the day easy. Plus the lift was not crowded--though we skied during the week. The hot tub was a very nice amenity. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a heated garage was a big plus when loading and unloading our vehicle. Overall, a great place.

The skiing access is amazing. You can gear up and ski the road to 4 o’clock then down to the snowflake lift. The hot tub was also amazing!
