Great location to ski lift and the condo was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately the indoor hot tub was not working.

Brilliant condo. We’ve stayed in Trailsend for many years & this condo was one of the best we’ve had. Well appointed & comfortable.

Everything in Trails End 316 was great. The condo was very clean upon arrival and there were clearly some nice updates to the condo that had been done recently (kitchen, bath, and fireplace). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

It’s a great cozy place. We had a couple of minor issues (fireplace needed tweaking and some kitchen things were dusty) however management took care of it immediately. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The place is very comfortable and great for ski in and ski out!

This 1 bedroom condo is conveniently located for skiing or enjoying the Breckenridge town. It is clean and cozy and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary items to cook meals saving a ton of money as apposed to eating on the slopes or in town. The unit is very quite too! The only down side was the parking. One space is provided of outdoor parking. We arrived after a big snow and many of the people parking were either taking up more than one spot or sticking out into the driveway. I'm sure it is difficult to plow while residents occupy the spaces, but there were fewer spaces available because of this. I would prefer underground parking. Finally, Great Western responded quickly to all our requests. More towels and toilet paper. Thanks Great Western Lodging!

Nearly Perfect!

Loved this unit! Owner thought of everything! Except one.....maybe a little shovel as we were there when over 4 feet of snow was dumped in a short amt of time. It was pretty tough getting our vehicle out of the parking spot especially after the plow went thro and pushed snow up the back of our vehicle. Extremely convenient to EVERYTHING. Even the sofa bed was comfie! Would definitely recommend this quiet unit!
Manager Response:

Thank you Tammy! We will be sure to put a shovel in the unit for future guests - thanks for noting!

GWL made selecting and booking Trail's End 316 a breeze. Jeff presented me with a few options and we went with this one based largely on location. We didn't regret it. From our unit to the Quicksilver Superchair at the base of Peak 9, is about 20 steps and about 20 yards of skiing. Very easy in and out. Building is convenient to restaurants and ski rentals. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Main St, bus stops and even the liquor store. As a guest, we also had access to both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs (we only used the outdoor one and it was great) as well as the Upper Village Pools. We didn't make it to the pool but it's nice to know it was there for us.
Our condo was very clean upon arrival and was equipped as expected - pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc. The gas-burning fireplace was running non-stop for us, keeping the den warm while the radiator in the bed room kept it nice and toasty in there for us.
Thanks again, Jeff, for helping us book this unit and for promptly taking care of the minor maintenance issue we had.
Great service, great location and a comfy condo. We'll be back!

Very comfortable stay. The condo had everything we needed (even a crockpot !) and was extremely convenient to the slopes and Main Street. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location and truly is ski in/out condo. Trails End is a great place to stay. Once you walk out of condos you have about a 50 feet to walk until you can put skis on and ski down to the ski lift. I am a pretty good skier and was able to ski down the mountain to within about 25 feet from the back door of the condo. This involved going fast threw a flat area next to the Quicksilver Lift. We had a 3 year old that took ski school in the Village. It was an easy walk every morning to drop our son off at Ski School. During the day we could ski to the condo for lunch and bathroom breaks if needed. There are a few ski stores that are a easy walk in the village plus the ER is there. Main street is about 3 blocks away which we walked to twice on this trip. Unit 316 is on the corner of the building away from the Jacuzzi, elevators & trash shoot so never any noise from those areas. I would definitely stay here again. We use the gas BBQ pit on steak and fajitas which made it nice and quick to eat dinner. I only had 2 cons with this unit. 1. About 3:30 am -6 am every morning the heater would start making a poping sound like water drops were falling a piece of sheet metal. I think it was the heater shutting off and the hot metal pieces in it were poping as it cooled off. not sure. 2. The king bed sunk in the middle so me and my wife felt like we keep rolling into the middle of the bed. Other than these 2 minors cons we loved the Trails End condo and the location could not of been better. I will return to stay here again.

The condo was clean and well-equipped. We were disappointed that the Internet did not work for the majority of the time we were there. Multiple calls to the management agency did not result in a fix. Some of the furniture was a bit worn, however we felt that overall it would be a good choice if the Internet were working .

Manager Response:

Dear Margaret,

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Trails End 316, we greatly appreciate feedback we receive from our guest! We apologize for the inconveniences with the internet, however I'm happy to let you know the problem has been fixed and a new router was just installed into the unit.
We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your time and hope to see you back again soon.
