This three bedroom plus loft accommodation, Tyra Summit Townhome, is the perfect place to experience true ski-in / ski-out access. The popular 4 O'clock ski run is located just steps from your back door with access to skiing in the winter and hiking/biking trails in the summer. Featuring a spacious floor plan, large dining area, fireplace, and flat screen televisions in all of the bedrooms, this unit is perfect for larger, multiple families looking to have an unforgettable experience! Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, on-site pool/hot tub facilities, garage parking for 1 vehicle, and open yard with two private balconies.
Please note the owner leaves a vehicle in one space in the garage.

Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

This place was perfect for my wife, 3 daughters, and I for a ski trip to Breckenridge. This townhouse sits right off the lower Four O’Clock ski run, and offers true ski in/ski out lodging. The ski run is about 20 yards off the back porch! The amenities for the townhouse were enough for us to cook multiple nights of our stay, and was enough space to sprawl out as a family of 5. The in unit washer and dryer were great to have also. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and trip.

This place is great! The unit is so cozy and has lots of room. Beautiful balcony and downstairs porch overlooking the slopes. Kids enjoyed their own space downstairs. Unit had everything we needed. Excellent location - right on the 4 o’clock run. At the beginning of the day, we skied down and crossed the road to get to the snowflake lift; at the end of the day, we skied right up to our unit. We loved being right next to the hot tub and kids loved the heated pool. Quick drive into town - could be walkable (maybe 20 minutes). We will definitely try to stay here again!

This Place Was Perfect for a Family

One of the best condos we have ever stayed in. We stay in several each year. Perfect amount of space. Well furnished. Everything in kitchen is in great shape and set up to do any kind of cooking. Great amount of seating in living / TV room. Having more bathrooms, all in nice shape was great.

Fantastic location!

The property was very conveniently located ski in/ski out on Four O'Clock to Town run, right next door to the hot tub/pool area. The home was very clean, with lots of room, and nicely equipped. We only stayed 2 nights, but would definitely book this place again. The only bummer was the exorbitant fees charged to rent. Two different fees listed on the two rental apps.

Perfect location. Walk out the door onto the 4 o’clock run and ski 30 seconds, cross the street, and you’re at the lift, which is itself centrally-located on the mountain. Hot tub is a 20 yard walk away.

Place was fantastic. Right on the lower 4 o clock trail, can ski right into the back door when the day is over.
Only complaint is that sometimes the trails aren’t open early in the season so you need to check before booking, but we got lucky and they were open for half the trip due to conditions.

Fantastic place to stay. It’s a well equipped AirBNB and everything matches the description. The ski in and ski out was easy. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Close to the town- can walk or drive. Perfect for a Spring skiing trip!

Fabulous stay right off Lower 4 O’clock run, with a straight over to Peak 8 off snowflake lift! Space was comfortable and immediately next to the hot tub, which we were able to enjoy all but the first night due to Code issues on our instructions. The townhome was stocked decently with amenities, but if you’ll be cooking you will need to pick up spices etc. as those options were certainly limited.
Sole adverse call-out is complete inflexibility post-booking. A few weeks after our booking I had a rather severe injury requiring immediate surgery, and despite this (and then later the other family in our party being diagnosed with Covid and thus unable to safely travel), the hosts were unwilling to flex our dates. Because we’re accustomed to flexible rescheduling options on Airbnb, admittedly we hadn’t checked GW’s prior to booking and were stuck with the original dates regardless of life. Certainly recommend adding travel insurance if booking through this host.
