This fabulous three bedroom premier suite is a spectacular example of modern mountain elegance. The completely renovated and updated kitchen has custom Corian countertops, shaker style custom cabinets, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a big screen TV, wood burning fireplace and a balcony with wonderful views.

The master bathroom has a full size walk in shower with barn door sliding glass doors. The second bathroom has a full size bathtub. This condo is a one of kind luxurious getaway right in the middle of Breckenridge. This is a perfect location for ski-in/ski-out guests and also has the close proximity to Main Street downtown Breckenridge. The condo is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the mountain.

**Please note there will be construction on Peak 9 Inn building, from April-November 2025. This unit, in the Shavano building, should not be affected, other than the presence of construction material and people on site in the complex**

3rd Stay Here!

This property is perfectly situated for a stress free stay. Consider flying into EGE and taking the Epic Shuttle. We parked our rental car and didn’t start it again until we left for the airport. We also rented Epic Gear this year, which allows you to pick up and drop your ski’s and poles daily at the base of Peak 9, so no need to carry them up to your room!Walk to restaurants and shops, can’t stress the convenience enough. Also, the view is awesome, with large corner windows.We will return!

Beautiful condo, great views. Insanely convenient, located right above equipment rental and lift ticket sales for the mountain. The hot tubs, pool, saunas and game room were fantastic with towels and everything you could need. Although check in was off premise, the receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable, parking was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Best view ever

This place is absolutely amazing!! It’s spacious, has big beautiful picture windows with a front row seat of the mountainside located right above the ski lift!, newly remodeled with pristine fit and finishes! Has a nice big porch to sit and enjoy the views also!! I read that check in was tough from other people, but I got specific instructions sent to me and it was very simple!! Parking was also very convenient. I parked in a closed off garage right at the bottom of the elevator that went to the unit!! We will be staying here again in the future!!

We have stayed at the Village in Breckenridge multiple times through different hosts/different units. Great Western's condo in the Village that we rented was well equipped and an overall great experience. We love the location, love the views from the condo, and the condo had everything our family needed to make our stay a great experience.

The location was fantastic and so close to the Quicksilver lift and downtown. The location cannot be beat; however, there were a few broken items in the condo upon arrival. There was a broken barstool right at the entry to the unit and a broken doorknob to one of the bedrooms that came off when we first entered the room. There was a coffee maker listed in the unit but not available, but it was quickly provided by the rental agency. It was overall a great condo and location, but for the price it is in need of some upkeep and repair.

Great space in a great location. Beds were good as were the bath rooms. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed.
Was notified 2 days before the stay that on site parking was not guaranteed and if available there would be an additional fee. This wasn’t stated in the listing.
Mgmt said this was Airbnb’s fault and they were working with them to make sure that’s part of the listing.
They remedied the situation and provided us with a single spot. Had to park second vehicle a couple miles down on airport road.
Only mentioning so if this isn’t updated you’ll know to ask to avoid surprises. Again, they were very good to deal with.
Overall good stay and would rent again.

We had a great stay at this Breckenridge condo! The location was fantastic, the condo was clean and looked like the pictures, and Great Western did a great job communicating with us prior to our arrival so we knew what to expect. The HOA in the building is in the process of switching over to digital keys so you open the doors with your phones. It's a relatively new system. Ours stopped working midway through the trip, and Great Western was very responsive and had someone over to let us in and give us manual keys very promptly. We would stay again.

This is a great location for walking to everything in Breckenridge! The condo has great views and is so close to everything. I stayed in the summer/fall, but I can't imagine a better place to stay in the winter! There may not be a condo or house closer to town and a lift in all of Breckenridge! The owners paid special attention to prior feedback as there were new throw pillows on the couches that a previous reviewer mentioned would be a nice addition. Also, there were chairs added to the patios that a different review had mentioned. We loved our stay! The parking for 1 car is easy once you understand how to get in and out of the garage. More than one vehicle can make this a little trickier to find where to park.

We stayed here for a few days in July 2022 and couldn’t fault it. Great location and an ideal base for spending time in Breck. Gravity Haus hotel / coffee shop nearby is 👌🏻 best coffee in Breck.

My family really enjoyed this condo and it’s location. It slept my family of 6 very comfortably. It was very cozy and clean. We enjoyed being able to tour the town on foot due to being so close to everything. We also enjoyed the pool, and hot tubs. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a great location! Chairs on the patio would be nice so one could sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous views. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was even games/puzzles that my kiddos could enjoy. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to Breck.

We have de best time ever. The villa is spacious and has a spectacular view, has everything you need and more. Everything can be done by walking or renting bicycles to make it more fun and has many roads and trails to do it. It was very easy to process the check in and chek out.
