The three bedroom unit at the Chateaux sleeps 10 people comfortably. It has a full kitchen, private washer/dryer, spacious living room with a wood fireplace, and a balcony with nice views of the mountain. The Chateaux at The Village at Breckenridge is located at the base of Peak 9 and is a ski-in/ski-out property.

**Please note there will be construction on Peak 9 Inn building, from April-November 2025. This unit, in the Chateaux building, should not be affected, other than the presence of construction material and people on site in the complex**

A little hard to navigate from check in office to place, they had good directions but it was a little confusing still. Great location walkable to everything. The few issues we had in the unit were handled immediately (toilet didn’t flush and freezer leaked water on the floor). No spices or condiments, which didn’t impact us but others may be interested to know if you’re cooking! Has a drip coffee pot with filters provided. Has your own washer and drier just bring detergent. Very comfortable accommodations!

Place was in the middle of everything. The floor only has a total of 3 condos so it’s very private. Hot tub and pool is less than 50 far away. Gym was great plus you can reserve a theatre room and game room.
Free pool and great fishing on the blue river is only 100 yards from the condo. $1000 a week is well worth it, this place would rent out for $3000 a week during ski season. You can’t get any closer to all the action however it’s in a private setting so not a lot of traffic through the area.
Great hiking is right in front of you as you step outside the complex. We not had to drive our car to go to the grocery store. Everything you need is close by, great restaurants and awesome atmosphere.

Village Chateaux 1053

Location is excellent for skiing and accessing Main St. Condo is a little dated but everything works. Has a wood fireplace that is nice. Great gym, hot tube, pool, sauna and steam room right across the way.

As advertised. Very spacious sleeping arrangements. Could sleep 6 adults and 3 kids. Although with max number sitting area in family maybe a little tight. Amenities were great. Covered garage access is a little tight so be aware if you’re bringing a full size SUV. Quick and easy access to ski rentals and slope though the next door Maggie house. Would definitely rent again.

We loved our stay at Breckenridge. The complex was very family-friendly, the pool was greatly appreciated by all the family. We were able to access the trails from the condo and walk to lots of restaurants. The condo was even better than it appeared in the picture. Very spacious.

Managed space by great western. Instructions and rules clearly laid out. The stay and the office are in two different locations , parking is free for one vehicle other vehicle is $25 per night else public lots which are 5 mins away.

Everything about this place is great. Amazing proximity to the town and the slopes. Only minor issues are that the check in office is far from the actual house.
